Car-Wal Garage Doors

We had our door installed by car-wal and can't find anything to complain about! Their pricing was very fair and the quality of the door is top shelf. The installer was prompt, clean and friendly. He also installed a door opener bracket on the door before he left for me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great door for a great price.

What a great experience from start to finish. Linda was informative and friendly. Our technician, Simon, was professional and friendly and did a great job! We painted the door and frame, they installed the rest to create a perfect seal for the garage door.

Went to buy an item that I had been looking for, but was always sold out or overpriced on Amazon.caThey had the green hinges" in stock and the price was reasonable.I noticed they had everything needed for garage door repairs. Will return for all my future needs if required.The sales lady was very nice and personable."

Worst company you can ever deal with. Spoke to the phone operator who said the technician will call in the morning but didn't hear anything back from the technician the entire day. Called 3 times and each time I was told that the guys will call you. This delayed my schedule as I was glued to the house awaiting for technician to fix my door. Very unprofessional work ethics and company won't even bother to share technician number to get some kind of clarity. Would rate zero if available.

I am in Waterloo Ontario. Could not be happier with my sales rep Marvin. He was pro-active and straight forward to deal with. Great price on a great door. The installer was processional, did a top notch job (I am picky) and cleaned up before he left.

Was able to get a top level door and opener installed by Car-Wal for the same cost as the builder wanted for a 'budget' door from a big box store.. Installation was very professional and the door really adds to the contemporary look we wanted for the house. Recommend them to anyone looking for a great product and service experience.

Crazy good services, i only ordered some green hinges for my garage, $140.00, I live in Nova Scotia, treated me like I bought $5000.00 worth of garage doors. They even paid for a quicker shipping method . Emails and phone calls very professional. You don’t see this in many places today. Impressive!!!

I was completely satisfied with my first experience with Car-Wal in Guelph and would not hesitate to recommend them. Both the office staff (Val) and the installer (Jason) were pleasant, helpful and efficient at their job. We had a complete new opener installed on a manual door and are very pleased with how it works and its quiet operation!

Horrible horrible horrible . After only 3 years , the opener was malfunctioning and opening and closing on its own , sensors were not working . Instead of offering an affordable solution , this company insisted on a new unit . They had no concern that the door was not being stopped by the sensors , the only solution they offered was to replace the unit for over $500. I would not recommend them , the person sent out to look at the unit left parts off and left them on the floor of the garage , didn’t even put things back together . I had to phone another company to come in , fix the unit and clean up this company’s mess .* note this is the right company reviewed.
