Never go to this McDonald’s ever.I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a couple weeks now because I work close by and I have never had a pleasant experience. The buns have been un toasted for weeks now, the ice cream machine is somehow always “broken” during the busiest times of the day and on top of it all the drinks they make are always flat. I would recommend going anywhere else but here if you are hungry, unless you want a sub par eating experience.

Gave a 1 star review 11 months ago because it took them 4 tries and 20 minutes to make my iced coffee correctly.Here to update that I gave them another shot to make a simple iced coffee for curbside pick up.I waited 10 minutes and never seen any cmdonalds workers. I go inside to see what's going on and my drinks are getting warm on the counter.Will not be trying again.

The lady working the drive thru this morning was rude af. (The one giving food, not taking orders) hands me my coffee n oj looks at me dumbfounded like what am I still doing there. I told her I got food aswell. She hands me my food and as she’s doing that I’m trying to ask for ketchup because they always forget and she wasn’t near the window prior and she completely ignores me. I had to go in to get it.

Always asked to pull forward for a short wait" where there is a lot full of cars waiting for their food. Probably so they can tell corporate that the time the car spends at the window is low. Always at least 5 minutes. Longest has been over 30. This feels like it's just a dishonest practice to me.Plus my habernero McChicken had zero sauce and I'm not even sure if I got the spicy anything?"

We ordered a quick snack before dinner what a mistake. I ordered a quarter pounder hamburger which means no cheese and a Mc Chicken no lettuce extra mayo what we got was a Mc chicken with a big chunk of bun ripped off and my quarter ham had cheese even though it said on the box no cheese. I left my hubby home to eat the fries and I would fix the order. Back to the store I explained it the cashier and she said no problem I will fix it. 2nd time around mine still had cheese this time the mc chicken had extra lettuce no sauce, 3rd time I talk to the manager he said I will fix it myself but this happens all the time. I was so calm at the store no Karen in sight but I was so upset when I got home.

This restaurant is ridiculously slow. Been waiting in a line for 15 mins and have no even ordered they take one prder then make everyone wait 5-10 min before taking another order if on a time crunch never go here

Whoever manages this location is an embarrassment. The food is always trash, fries burnt, burgers cold and dry. And to top that off theyre famously delicious Coke always tastes like pure syrup now. Worst Mcdonalds in BC

Went through the drive through, ordered a spicy grilled chicken sandwich and they gave me a mcchicken a dab of sauce and a sprinkle of lettuce. Can't even eat it because it's like chewing on a kitchen sponge.

Always make you pull forward and make you wait 5 to 20 mins till you get your food. Ever since renovations thier toaster hasn't worked and thier pop is always flat, and when you ask them to redo it they loose it on you saying it dosnt work.. if it dosnt work tell me and I won't order the coke! But no they just give you flat warm pop like nothing is wrong.

I was having a bad day and my friend ordered me a McFlurry. When I opened the order after it was delivered I was so surprised to find my order along with a free cookie and a card with a hand written thank you message with some cute stickers and it seems like such a small thing but it honestly made my night. It was the kind of gesture I needed after a rough day. I really really appreciated it!
