I had this company come out to my house when I first bought it (2014) to have my wood burning chimney inspected and WETT certified. The older man and his younger lackey came to my house and took a picture up my chimney and stated that the clay inserts were crumbling. They showed me the picture they supposedly took at the time, which showed a crumbling clay chimney full of cracks. They quote me upwards of $15,000 to rip out the old one and instal a new steal insert.I instantly got a bad feeling about these two. I payed the ridiculous $100 fee and was told if I go with them for the work I would get my money back for the inspection.Being new to the area I got a second opinion. Upon my second inspection I was shown that my clay insert is in perfect condition with no stress cracks or other problems AIM stated. The second company WETT certified my chimney and capped it for less than AIMs bogus inspection cost. Pretty sketchy when you are a business that keeps fraudulent pictures of other peoples chimneys to show to unexacting new clients. Total scam. Buyer be were

They went out of their way to provide a service call to fit into my schedule. Did not expect this and so happy to have found AIM. It’s all about relationship and high service standards, this team has both in spades. Exemplary service, expertise and simply great folks. Vince knows his business and fully serviced the wood burning stove With Jarret as top professionals. Vince made some recommendations for more efficiency and made everything so easy. First time owning a home with a wood burning stove and was a bit uncomfortable with fire.
