OMG hands down the best brownie I have ever had from a bakery! The triple fudge triple chocolate was delicious! I can taste the crumbly chocolate chips and the cold but moist Taste of the brownie! Definitely go in and try one!

The croissants are some of the best in the city here. Can’t go wrong with the grilled cheese either. A little pricey, but not much to complain about this neighborhood staple.

They have limited selection compared to other places but the people behind the counter are all nice and friendly. Pastries were okay, would probably try the other savoury options if I come back. Service was a 5 star, though.

Decent bakery with lots of interesting options. I tried their chai latte, almond chocolate croissant, and date square. My favorite was the croissant even though it wasn’t that fresh. I just wish they had seating spaces and didn’t use tea bags for their chai latte.

Got a blueberry pie from here today, and it LOOKS delicious ... but when you taste it, it's 100% salt on the inside, like someone replaced the sugar for salt. It was quite literally the worst pie I've ever tasted in my life. The quality of Mabels has really gone downhill, but this is insane. Will not be returning.

First time trying after seeing them around, what a waste of money. Literally go to any other nearby bakeries (Robinson & Bom Dia to list a couple) for pastries that are actually baked fresh. Sounds like they used to be good.Tried a ham + cheese croissant & a feta turnover, both were clearly frozen and cold despite showing up around 10:30AM. For some reason I thought Mabel’s was a renowned pastry spot, but I’d put it closer to a Starbucks in quality.Staff was visibly flustered.

Work trip to Toronto brought me to this yummy bakery. Every morning we had a scone, coffee and purchased a big and delicious salad to go. Everything was fresh and yummy!

Overpriced bakery ! I paid 17 CAD for a veggie sandwich and a cookie. My friend had a quiche and a cookie, paid over 18 CAD. My sandwich was ok, the quiche wasn’t good. It was filled with feta which was not described on the tag. Very bad experience, I felt scammed. I won’t go again even though I love bread and live nearby.

Overpriced for the portions, offerings, and quality. I got a small container of chickpea salad that was mostly chickpeas with some red onion and tomato, maybe 2 olives, and a dollop of feta cheese (see picture) and it cost me over 11 dollars. The service is also so slow and convoluted. It takes forever to get a prepackaged salad and yet there are always like 4 people working at a time. The people who work there are generally nice and polite, but I think management should reassess the flow of things because it’s not good.
