Guelph Children & Sleep Dentistry (Limited to children)

Super friendly and welcoming to our daughter. They made her extremely comfortable with excellent bedside manner. Her experience was very positive and she enjoyed going. As a parent, the experience was also very good. They continuously provided updates and explained everything very clearly.

Very happy that we found the Guelph Children's Dentistry. We travelled from out of town and were very pleased with every step of the process. All of the staff here are really great. The receptionist was friendly and quick to respond and booked the appointment with ease. The dental hygienists were friendly as was the receptionist. The office is inviting for children and the dentist Dr. Khaled was excellent. He took the time to make my child feel comfortable and described what he was doing as he completed the procedure. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Wonderful care, wonderful dentist and wonderful staff! It is hard to entrust the care of your child to someone, but Guelph Sleep Dentistry was great - they took excellent care of our daughter. Truly professionals. Highly recommended.

The entire staff here are amazing. Truly saviors to us! My children are very sensitive and they were handled with the greatest care. Dr Derek Decloux was informative, and patient with myself and my children. Never made us feel like we were wasting their time. The entire staff-every single employee were genuine, and caring. They also were very informative and patient.I would recommend this office to anyone who has young children. They are quite amazing. I would rate this place and everyone staff member 10 stars out of 5! They really CARED about my children. They were never looked at like just another number. Take your precious little ones here. You will not regret it at all.

If we could give negative stars, we would.This place is after your bank account and government funding through healthy smiles.They will rip off anyone they can when they can.2 of my children had work done, and one was a little extreme . Now, she will be required to see a specialist for more work because of this issue.We looked into the extractions and through another we were told it could have been worked on instead of extraction.Futhermore we have and had the proof at the time of payments made and then out of nowhere roughly 250 owed of a phone call for a kid.Well we paid so no, then told its for the other kid, no it's paid .. then told its for something else on the first kid.. NO WE PAID..So then forced to show proof so we did, then women at the front after this bad altercation says , i never want to see you again.So ya not the best at working things out when trying to purge more money from people who don't owe a thing.Watch this place, with their EX MILITARY dentist for kids.

I wish there were negative reviews. They don't listen, charge a hefty bill from you and smile Ontario.Before the treatment, I told them that all bill go to Smile Ontario. After the treatment she told me that I have to pay all the bill then Smile Ontario gonna pay me back. Smile Ontario just paid back 20% of the bill.When they called me for the refund, they got my credit card no to refund, I asked the lady to verify the credit card no by repeating, she said no need money is already refunded in my credit card. It is been 3 days, I did not get any refund. Very surprising, she did not even bother to verify the credit card number.

I had an appointment today for my 5 years old son, and we was just shocked! We was there exactly a year ago, that time the stuff was really friendly and nice, but this time they was awful! Also, trying to telling you that the Healthy Smile program covers only 1 visit/ year, which is a wrong information, it's 9 months! Anyway, I can't understand when you work with kids, you just need to be nice, funny, have time for them, not just rushed out from your office! My son asked me to please not bring him back there anymore, I won't for sure!

I had my wisdom teeth removed at this location and it was overall a great experience would highly recommend. I had a dry socket and infection and the staffs aftercare was exceptional. I would go in for about 15mims for them to remove gauze etc and they were very good with times and working with my schedule

While the dentist and assistants were great pertaining to care, the front administrative person was absolutely horrific. We have a special needs child with a heart condition. When we went for our consultation appointment we were quoted one price range for our child's treatment. Once our child was under anesthesia, the woman told us to sign a new invoice which was thousands of dollars more than we had been quoted. We were shoked and were pressured by this woman telling us You need to sign this now

After being hit with a $1800 quote for my 2yr old with no certainty that he actually even needed any work done (dentist only briefly glanced in my son's mouth while standing in his office, no x-rays). We opted for a second opinion and sure enough my son didn't need any work done and certainly didn't need to be put under. It definitely felt like a classic case of how much does your insurance cover so we can max it out?". Not impressed."
