He was very friendly, kind, honest and helpful. He was professional and communicated very well with us, keeping us updated on what was going on with the car. He went above and beyond to ensure we experienced the greatest service possible, thus providing us with a memorable experience. Excellent service department experience at the new Mississauga Genesis location for my GV80. My service advisor, Lincoln, was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond my needs. I recently had a service on my Genesis G70 and as always, the service was world class. The valet showed up right on time, dropped off a new G70 for the day, took my car away and it came back fully serviced when they committed to and ultra clean. This is normal. I loose a mere 5 minutes of my work day during the key exchange.But I need to share the amazing support by Lincoln Murray, my technical advisor. A problem was discovered that was past the time warranty but due to my low mileage and strict maintenance, we discussed the issue. I explained that I understand that the warranty period had expired but based on sound engineering principles, he agreed that it was unusual and so he took it upon himself to investigate.I got a call a few hours later and after discussing with colleagues and then their manager, the issue was escalated to the point where whey agreed and decided to extend the warranty. I was not expecting it but was so delighted they did see the issue.This is my second Genesis after being a Merc guy, they have created a massive fan in me. Big thanks to Lincoln!
