idk why there’s so many bad reviews i’ve gotten my nails done here 3 times and every time the set was beautiful, the workers are very skilled and very patient. my nails went a whole month without breaking

I went last week with my friend we both did acrylic sets and the staff was so friendly. But I didn’t find it super “clean” he pulled out a used file used it on his nail before using it on mine which I didn’t love. Same with the cuticle cutters he pulled them out and I don’t think they were sterilized made me super uncomfortable. In the end my nails were quite thick and had blobs of acrylic underneath the nail.

If I could give this place 0 or even negative stars I would have. I used to come here all the time a few years ago and this was my first time back since Covid, and let’s just say I’m not coming again. I got a shellac manicure and it looks like I got them done 2 weeks ago because they did not paint up to my nail bed. On top of that, my nails were rushed as I was in and out in 5 minutes which is not normal for a shellac manicure. My sister got a regular polish manicure and pedicure and they only did 1 coat making the colour look almost clear when it was supposed to be a bright pink and orange colour. In addition to that, when we left the salon already upset, my sister washed her hands and the heart design she got had completely rubbed off. We decided to go back to the nail salon to get it fixed but the person at the front desk proceeded to tell us it was my sister's responsibility" because she picked regular polish and regular polish smudges. My sister was never told she couldn't wash her hands or use her hands after the appointment

My little sister went to get her nails done from this place about a week ago and had specifically asked for almond shaped gel nails and a milky white base polish and did not get anything close to that. It came to my attention that not only do they not care about customers satisfaction but they are AGGRESSIVE people when it comes to the cuticle work, I’m a nail tech myself and I know that the number 1 rule in the beauty business is sanitization and making sure the client is not being harmed. Terrible I do not recommend please go to a licensed nail tech that KNOWS what they’re doing, I give this set of nails about a week lol

I’m pretty disappointed the only reason I’m giving two stars is bc the people were really sweet and I was happy with how they initially turned out. Unfortunately it’s been about a week and a half and pretty much all of the acrylics have just popped right off no damage to my real nails almost as if they were press ons. One popping off only five days after getting them done. I was really disappointed as they were 100$ and they haven’t even lasted two weeks:( probably will not be going back :(

I wouldn’t recommend this business for manicures and gel nails. Mine ended up being filed much shorter than I asked for, and the gel was extremely thick and not the almond shape I requested. The tech also seemed very rushed and, after leaving the salon, I noticed the polish was extremely sloppy around the edges. I ended up returning to the salon only four days later after one of my nails completely popped off. They don’t give refunds—only do repairs—but at that point I wanted to go somewhere else so I just asked them to remove the entire set. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because I also got a pedicure and was pleased with the work.

It took me 45 minutes to get any service It was okay at first, the nails were turning okay. Although the first finger on both hands were longer than the rest of the nails. And it was so bumpy. Then a couple days after later the polish started to peel off.Would not recommend going here.

I went here with some friends last weekend for pedicures. I got a shellac pedicure. I chose a colour largely because the sample looked nice and opaque unlike some of the colours which were very transparent and needed more coats. My toes definitely need another coat and they refused to do another when I asked. You only get to soak your feet for about a minute total between all the steps. I felt like they shouldn’t even bother filling the tubs for how much you use them. My main complaint is that I went in specifically because my feet and heels are very rough and needed some love. I left with them in no better condition than I arrived with. If they’d explained a reason for not completing my feet that would be fine but they did not. They just gave up when I even explained I was aware my feet were rough and I needed the help. I will not be returning here and I will be recommending friends don’t go here either.

The only good thing about this place is Van, she does amazing nails. Unfortunately I had a different girl do shellac on my nails. They were in such a rush to get me in and out, that she didn’t even buffer my nails, so as you can see from the photos, my nails are bumpy and uneven. Worst shellac I’ve EVER had! The nail polish wasn’t even put on evenly. When I asked the girl to fix it, she didn’t. Then I told the manager while paying, and she said it was my problem because I didn’t tell her (the manager) early enough. What? Who knew I’d need to tell the manager to get the girl to do what I want?? Yeeeesh. What a horrible experience!

A bit pricey for what you get. Pedi was good Mani not so much. Lady didn't even push back the cuticles or do anything with them, showed a picture of what I wanted and was told a different cor would be better, also wanted glitter nail polish on one nail and tip of another and she said the glitter powder would be better, well that cost more and started coming off after 2 days.
