Eyestar Optical - Brampton - Bramalea City Centre

Today, I had horrible experience with Eye Star BCC location. They charge me not agreed amount on glasses and refused to give glasses if I don't pay more. The glasses came out with bad scratching and staff was rough and rude. There are many good optical. I don't this recommend location. They took very long time 3+ months and glasses were not as per Rx. On top of it they keep asking more money to fix it and they were NOT behaving professional. I paid more than $1500+ this year 2021. They keep arguing very rudely.

Okay So let me tell you the truth, this store is very good to purchase glasses, First they offered me huge discount on frames as well as on lenses. My insurance company screwed up the things and I told the Manager of the store about the situation and they immediately refunded me my whole amount, Will definitely recommend this store to friends, Very Professional and Best Customer Service!!

Complete rip off. I over paid for a mediocre pair of glasses, but that’s on me for not knowing at the time I purchased my glasses. Everything is over priced and the service is not great. Would recommend going to a proper place where they know more than just how to sell you glasses because if there is any issue or discomfort with the eye wear, the people working there will not be able to help and you’re stuck with it. Please shop around and I’m sure you’ll find what you love else where at a better price with better service.

They are my prescription sunglasses hookup. The staff are very kind and the ensure that you get the best deals. I’ve gotten over 4 pairs of prescription sunglasses and I love them all. Can’t wait for you guys to open back up.

Bad service. Promise something and denied after getting my money. Never gave me the glass cleaners even I spent $1700, keep saying out of stock.Very poor customer service experience. I would never recommend anyone. Only good thing is there kids glasses warranty are much better then the competition.

I came in to get my sunglasses tightened as they stretched out a bit over time. When they returned the glasses they were completely blurry and said there was “crazing” on them caused by extreme weather . The reality is that she did something to the lenses and they were extremely warm when she returned them to me - this is what caused the damage. All I was offered was to have my lenses replaced with their originals (as the ones damaged were prescription lenses) thank god I still had them at home.I used to come here for 10 years for all my glasses purchases - never again. My sunglasses were just fine before I brought them in to get resized and now I no longer can use them with the prescription lenses as intended.When I confronted her about this damage she admitted that what she did likely caused the problem although there were signs of “crazing” before.So that’s it? If there were signs of crazing before and she knew this why would she apply direct heat to the lenses ? Why make it worse? Why even tamper with the lenses when all I wanted was to get my glasses tightened?Why would I even bother to tighten a pair of glasses that aren’t even functional? This is wrong. If someone damages your glasses they should be responsible to do what they can to compensate for their mistake.Never again.—-UPDATE—-I want to update this review and share that the manager of the business reached out to me after seeing my review and has offered me 50% off of my next pair of frames. Since my frames were an older model, they aren’t available for replacement. I loved these glasses and am sad that the prescription lenses that I had prepared for them are basically garbage, but, I appreciate the effort from the manager’s part to remedy the situation. For this reason, I have updated my review to 2 stars.

Visited this location recently to purchase some glasses. Staff were accomadating and very knowledgable. There is a large variety of frames and lenses to choose from as well!5/5, Will definitely be coming here for my next pair of glasses.

Very professional and quick service. I bought two pairs of sunglasses here (one prescription and a pair for my girlfriend). They accept payments from benefit providers (GSC) directly which made my life so much easier. I will definitely be back to purchase my prescription glasses as they have a stylish and current selection.

I bought a pair of regular prescription eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses, they seemed over priced when i bought them but i loved the frames. So the following year when my prescription changed i did not go back here I had them done through my optometrist. I then found out that these guys lied to me about my lenses. I had asked for the Blue Blocking lenses for working on computers. They were like no problem it will be an extra $$$. I said ok because my doctor recommended it. Well when my eye doctor tested the lenses they in fact did not have the Blue Blocking lenses. SO they lied and cheated me out of that extra money. I bought Tiffany frames and not even 3 years later they have fallen apart. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they lie and they price gouge. If you want to go to a fantastic place to buy glasses there is a new place that opened up called Mac and Co at 9025 Torbram Rd. I guarantee you will be very pleased with the service and the price!!!!
