Very slow response! Took 2 weeks for them to have results from the receipt of the sample and they did not bother to contact me to tell me there would be an extra cost until I inquired on the status of the sample.They should log in the sample when received with the sample going to one place and the finance dept dealing with payment before" testing is done."

The worst kind of false advertising...I purchased their water quality kit at Home Depot. I was specifically looking for a kit that could also do lead testing, as I live in an older house and had recently been advised by my municipality to test the water as there had been testing done and there was evidence of lead contamination.Well, as you can see in the photos, the company claims to offer a Free Lead in Water Test Kit*" The fine print on the outside only says "No test strip required".Inside you get a "Free Kit Offer" that only includes a 20$ lab fee.It's embarassing that a company like this gets into a place like Home Depot. I have written the Home Depot purchasing department to let them know my frustration.Watch out. This kind of consumer hustle is the worst kind of hustle. There is a sales manager somewhere whose mother clearly is not proud.EDIT: on top of it all

I purchased the 90 day radon test kit for testing my home.I left it in place for 90 days as instructed and proceeded to send them in to receive my results.today it is may 11th 2019 and I am still waiting so I guess the 90 day kind means I have to wait that long to get my resultsTIP get your next kit which is the same from the lung assocation and the test is free and much faster

Radon Test from Home Depot. No mention of additional cost of $40.00 for test results. Actual cost is about $60.00 and they took the money and ran. No results received after a month and no contact. This is a scam and Home Depot should be ashamed.

A terrible company! They are thieves, and absolutely a nightmare to deal with! Never use this company!I purchased the radon test from Home Depot and followed the instructions to the letter. Postage was provided by Pro-Lab so I sealed up my test and put them in the mail.About two weeks later I saw my payment of $40.00 dollars processed and it took about another week to receive a report from Prolab.What I did receive was a report with no information and only saying test was delayed in receipt. After reaching out to Donna Flaherty from customer service. I was told that it was an error and that a replacement test will be sent out to me with a credit so I don't have to pay again. So I agree thinking this was fair.I waited two months for my replacement. I was clear it wasn't coming so I reached out again to ask what happened. Donna told me that they sent out the test on the exact day i email for the second time. Weird right? So I agree to wait again. I waited and waited, another month and no test. So I emailed Donna Flaherty again and requested a full refund at this point. Donna said absolutely she would send it out right away and apologized for all the inconvenience she has caused me.Guess What! 5 months later NO REFUND. Absolutely terrible! Horrible customer care. Donna Flaherty was a liar and Pro LAb are thieves.

We use the lab at least 3 times a week and have always been happy with the service. Stephen, really cares about our business. He always goes the distance for my business. THANKS A1 ECO WARREN
