I was treated by Jeff, who was very informative and confidant in his assessment plus a very pleasant man. I am grateful to him for his analysis of my knee issue during his assessment. The turnaround time to pick up my orthotics was impressive. Petra, at front, is very nice and good at her job. I was a little shocked to find out how much orthotics cost when she gave me the bill but overall I was very happy to have gone here.

I just had an incredibly positive experience at Okaped on Pandosy with Jo Noad! After struggling with a complicated neuropathy that makes walking efficiently very difficult, I went to Okaped for an assessment, new orthotics, and shoe recommendations! Wow - wish I hadn't waited so long! Jo was not only understanding and kind, but very knowledgeable, thorough, and very proficient in her work. I had new orthotics and shoe recommendations in just over a week! Plus lots of advice and considerations. I highly recommend Jo and Okaped!

I had a great experience here. The staff and therapist were very helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt in getting me fitted for a knee brace and compression socks. It really helps that they actually have stuff in stock. Highly recommended!

I would suggest Okaped on Pandosy to anyone. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule and got me in right away. They ordered in a brace that is very supportive for my injured knee. Jessie was easily able to answer all of my questions and encouraged me to contact them if I had any additional ones.

I had arch pain before seeing Okaped for the last six months. Sam Biggs treated me for my flat feet and solved everything! He was able to bring me in and look at my gate, aka the way I walk and assessed my feet. I was able to get a really nice 3-D model of them to get custom orthotics for my arch pain. Ater putting them in my shoes, my pain went away immediately. I highly recommend seeing Sam, he’ll treat you right.

I met with Jo Noad in mid-January, after struggling with chronic pain issues for quite some time. The whole experience at Okaped was amazing, from the time I walked through the doors until the time I left! Jo was very thorough with the biomechanical assessment - you can clearly tell she is passionate about what she does! After implementing only a few of Jo's suggestions, I started to see improvement within about a month. I cannot thank Jo enough for helping me on the road to recovery and would highly recommend her.
