Consistent flavour, great location next to the public gardens, and following safety protocols. For first time bubble tea tasters, please note that for most drinks, they will ask for your sugar and ice level. I recommend trying the basic Pearl milk tea with 50% sugar for your first bubble tea experience as you can get an idea of what bubble tea is without being overwhelmed by the options and flavours.

I love this place so much. Even if you're unsure about bubble tea, you must give it a go!Prices are high but the tea never disappoints, even when exploring new kinds!I also want to mention that this place is usually slammed with customers and the workers are still level headed and friendly while being quick!The location is just tucked off Spring Garden however still very close to everything. I absolutely love the look of the place aswell.I've never ever saw anything not neat there, too!I love Chatime.

One of my favourite and best bubble tea spots. This specific brunch never disappoints! They have awesome and fast service. Their drinks are tasty and customizable. I can never get enough.. I love their milk and fruit teas. Decent prices too! Must check it out!!

Disappointed. Ordered many sorts of drinks from this brand so far, bubble tea taste bland, dry n grainy. Fruity drinks are made with concentrated syrup but the price is worthy of fresh fruits. Dont waste money on it, turn the corner to mcdonalds youll get higher quality smoothies.
