Not many options are available especially if you have someone who's a vegan. The pasta was bland. The view from the deck is amazing though. Did not try the drinks as we had to drive further.

The place has really gone down hill since the change in management. Food was mediocre at best, service was terrible, waited almost an hour for appetizers and drinks. There was glasses from previous customers left on tables every where including the one we sat at that we had to move ourselves. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend anymore. It's a shame it used to be a really nice spot.

We intentionally passed into this place for a pit stop" from Toronto to Montreal. I found out about it from a blog online about the "best restaurants in Gananoque". (Spoiler I don't think it's one of the 'best').I'm not here to berate you or make you look bad with a negative review. I'm just stating facts. And this is not my "opinion" as you said to other reviewers. It's more like areas of improvement.I really wanted to like this place. The location is really nice on the water with nice views. The music and ambiance was nice. I went in April so obviously not peak season. And not busy. Only one other couple in there. So that goes to say that we didn't have the wait time or rude staff problems others had. Our waitress was really nice

Servers were nice. Food however was just so-so. I orders the seafood platter. Half dozen shrimp, a few calamari rings and noticeably absent was the scallops. Not worth the $23.00 they charged.

Made a reservation but no one seemed to know about it when 8 of us arrived. Not able to sit 8 on the deck which was very disappointing. Main reason we chose this restaurant. Dining room dark and dreary. As a group of 8, 18% gratuity automatically added to bill. I was told this when booking but still annoying. Food good, waiter friendly and attentive. But had to check with management to get 4 bills. With groups their rule is one bill for the whole group. Certainly not customer friendly. But he was given permission to divide up the bill. But in general a disappointing experience.

They mixed up mine and my husband steak the potatoes and mushrooms were undercooked the vegetables just didn't taste good at all. The stater was like eating rubber chicken. The waitress didn't come to the table to see how are food was. My husband had to go find someone for butter. The bathroom doors were so dirty I didn't want to touch them. All around a bad experience

We were so happy with the food, the service, and the views today!I ordered hamburger and fries and my husband got the club and sweet potato fries and they were amazing! We were very impressed with how quickly everything came.The only issues were bees which unfortunately being on a patio are bound to happen. The waitresses acted quickly to try and draw them away and provided me a new drink when a bee went into mine.Would most definitely return

So the meal I ordered was different than offered on menu, I didn't eat it and I still had to pay for it. Ordered bean + tomato quesadillas and they came WITHOUT bean and WITHOUT tomato haha - tons of cheese and a few specs of pepper chunks. I didn't eat and told the waiter, Carsen, who said he could give our fries for free but that's all he would do. Terrible service. Bring you something that is not even on menu (beware if anyone had allergies!) but have to pay for it. What a bargain.

What an unfortunate experience!! Fries were uncooked, fish was near raw and veggie wrap was gross! NEVER did we return all of our food after 2 bites and just left a place. Manager could not have cared less either. Made us pay for our tap beers and never made eye contact or offered an apology.
