We were having power fluctuations and Chris answered my fb post where we were looking for help. He answered our questions and was out to our house in an hour on a Saturday night. Turns out it was a hydro one issue and he even went as far as calling hydro one for us which was kind of him. Really appreciated his help

We had Chris do all the lighting for our kitchen reno. We were so pleased! Chris is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He completed the job as quoted and was very honest. We will definitely be using his services again in the future! Thank you!

On recommendation we hired Chris to wire a new home. His quote was competitive, he offered great ideas and advise. We agreed on expectations, payments and end results. Chris asked for a down payment to secure the job which I paid.Chris arrived at the home and started install. We walked through and agreed on light position etc.Week two, he called to say he had used many more pot lights than quote. He did not ask he just installed. I asked him to remove them as I had no need for 15 pot lights in one room. He was not happy and demanded payment for the extras. I paid for the ones I kept. The agreement stated he was to ask before any extras were installed.Chris was messy, he never completed a full day which is fine but he complained about travel time.He expected other trades to complete his work. He never took responsibility for anything. He continually asked for final payment yet hadn't finished.He came to instal fixtures and told me I wouldn't get my ESA unless I paid that day. He threatened me. Today he still hasnt completed my house which we moved into 5 months ago. So happy I retained some payment as I had to pay another company to finish and clean up his mess.The job was obviously too much for Chris. He should not be wiring new builds. Chris cares only about money not quality workmanship. He is not approachable or helpful.

We used Chris on various occasions at our properties and have been 100% satisfied. Chris was prompt, efficient, kept us in the know and always kept to his price quote. We would use him again as needed.

We had used ARC a few years ago for a new build. At that time he was professional, prompt, knowledgeable neat and tidy. He aimed to please. So this time we were confident we would receive the same service. We were wrong.Chris was very opinionated. He never asked what we wanted he just assumed. When we questioned his choices and asked to fix he always argued. He always left jobs for other trades to complete. Other trades always complained about his work ethic.We signed a contract to pay in three stages at his request. Each step we paid in full, but Chris always wanted more money. He added extras without consulting and said he thought that was okay. It's not okay to add 20 pot lights at $75 each without asking. His contract states that each extra has to be agreed upon before proceeding.Our inspection failed and we were told his workmanship was shoddy. Yes Chris came to fix that, even saying he knew it needed fixing.I would never recommend his service. Chris has no customer service skills, his main objective is money.
