I'm visiting from out of town and my newly installed serpentine belt was squealing like a mad banshee. After running through the Google listings of local mechanic shops I struck gold with this one. They fit me in for a quick tightening of the belt and I was on my way in no time. Sounding a lot less offesive on the road. Highly recommend!

5 stars ⭐️ great service, always honest and fair prices. I always feel I’m well taken care of and thankful. Never been taken advantage of in fact quite the opposite and such a relief . I’d recommend most definitely. The whole staff are friendly and professional.I’ve been bringing my car here for years and greatful

Disappointed. I had an appointment to service the car on Thursday 20th. I called on Monday to see if they had a cancellation to service this car earlier in the week as this car needs to be driven to Ontario on Thursday.. left a message in the phone answering machine. They called back to tell me that they had a cancellation for Wednesday 19th. I said I would take this appointment. When I showed up at Esso today, they had no appointment.So disappointed

I have been coming here for years and I absolutely trust these folks with my vehicle. If you are looking for an honest mechanic, give them a shot. It feels like a family business in that they always remember me and my vehicle. The first time I came in I was sitting in the waiting room and they greeted two other customers who walked in by their first name.

Trevor is great and took the time to explain the issue and even show us the problem visually.Alex is another story. I asked to have the issue explained to my partner, who is more auto-savvy than me but unfortubately could not attend. In return, Alex questioned why this was necessary as it was supposedly already explained. Could you please explain it again? Partner was expecting the call. In return, eye rolling from Alex.My phone credit card tap did not work on a $750 bill, so the next comment from Alex was that most people carry around a physical credit card". Alright

Trevor and Alex were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They did a full inspection of my Subaru and did not pressure me to do any repairs that were not immediately necessary. Trevor even fixed my bulb/signal issue right there on the spot, free of charge. Awesome service, will come back again!
