Thank you so much to the team at Manor Carpets. We recently had a new living and dining room carpet and the service was excellent. Mark the fitter was brilliant, really professional, punctual and left everything tidy!The family love the new carpet, it looks fantastic. We'll be using Manor Carpets for our new bedroom carpets next year.

Professional and prepared to listen, they suggested and proposed some alternative ideas. I found the Manager to have a positive and fresh approach to customer service with great communication skills. The fitters were excellent. Covid-19 safety measures in place, polite and respectful. Highly recommended.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and dismissive manner with customers, prices uncompetitive and errors made. Even after giving them several thousand pounds worth of business, the service I received was shockingly poor. Avoid!

Great choice of carpets, plus a willingness to lend plenty of samples. Fitting is also first rate. We've used Manor carpets to fit carpet throughout the house. What more can I say?

We couldn't be happier with the service from Manor Carpets. They ordered a carpet in for us and the fitters noticed a few flaws introduced in the manufacturing process, so they were able to negotiate a discount with the supplier. The prices were competitive with all the other quotes we received and the whole process was really clear. The final product looks really smart and tidy - thank you for all your work!
