I found the tech very nice, on time, and committed to doing the job. He was also super friendly to my daughter.I did find the invoice to be a bit high for fixing two fans but cost of getting someone else to do the work for you I suppose.

I called CMAC for a quote on replacing my hot water tank. I called 3 companies, the CMAC technician was the only quote who asked for a picture to confirm the type of hot water tank i was replacing.The service was excellent. Team arrived on time the following day to install my new tank.

They saved me from buying a new tank!! Within minutes of getting here they realized my hot water tank was piped incorrectly and after a little work, I now have hot water!! These guys were amazing in every way and I would recommend them to anyone. From start to finish excellent in every way. I had a plumbing pipe leak and they were on time and on budget all the way. Phoenix was a great service tech and was so professional in every way. Had it fixed and on his way in no time.When it can time to get the hot water tank replaced, it was a different installer but he did an amazing job and it was completed in no time. We had difficulty balancing the heat in different rooms of our house. The first company I called said I needed new furnaces. Then I was referred to Cmac. They came out and did an assessment. Then they fixed the problem effectively, promptly and inexpensively. Plus their people were a pleasure to deal with!

What a great company!! My furnace kept turning off when it was cold out. I called & they sent someone out right away! It was fixed promptly & everyone I dealt with was great!!
