Incredibly friendly reception at the receiving dock for donations. These volunteers do a great job and am grateful for their time., job well done. Thank you.

The staff there are so rude and lie.And not helpful, one even said a f bad words.I feel discrimination there.I am disappointed for such so-called service.Needed to call police to solve the problem.

The staffs always have something to complain to about, they’re too old for this. The grandma is constantly telling you to hurry up every single time but in reality it’s been 30 seconds, there hasn’t been one time she hasn’t said hurry up, it gets old. Also, they gossip & make up lies about people. They exclude some people & doesn’t accommodate to everyone, they’re selective. It appears the grandmas has dementia or some disease because they present obvious symptoms that show they’re unwell, they thought someone was a troublemaker which isn’t true but it’s really their attitude that comes with sickness & old age. They were not troublemakers, it was because they had a obvious problem within themselves, out of nowhere they would get triggered. The crippled lady that limps when she walks, uses threatening body language & says she’s going to call police and tells you to stop pretending to be stupid, they clearly don’t know how to communicate

This place is doing an awesome job. They need the public support every day not just during holidays. Do food drives year round. We have a lot of people that can't afford to buy groceries. Your help is greatly appreciated and needed. Thanks

Great location for the people in need. Fellow volunteers are kind.

They do good work but unfortunately their upper management is very resistant to change and are combative. Very disappointing.

Thank you to all the staff and volunteers there you are kind, helpful, and truly caring when I visited. Great people dedicating their time and labour for those in need in the community. Bless you all.
