The clinic’s receptionist never answers the phone or responds to the emails, there is noway to contact. I needed to reschedule bu never was able to connect with someone there. Unprofessional.

Waited 3 hours for an appointment at the hospital to see her. Then she failed to send off any of the urgent medical referrals for my daughter. Tried calling her office for a month and it would ring and then disconnect. Then finally when it stopped doing that, their answering machine said they were closed for 3 weeks and any messages left would not be listened to

Dr Sichillima is a very good doctor . So good with kids , professional! I have not a bad experience with her. The problem is her secretary. She is rude and disrespectful! She never answers the phone calls . Never send emails . Its so hard to get in contact with the office if you need help. It’s practically impossible!Dr Sichillima please change your secretary as soon as possible. I dont want to be rude , but something has to change .
