I just called this place asking for an AC compressor and the gentlemen that picked up was of no help and very disrespectful. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE! GO TO A&A AUTO PARTS. THEY HELP YOU AND ARE MUCH MORE RESPECTABLE.

The guy Sam was purposely trying screw me over today. I wanted a set of rotors for my 2015 chevy Malibu. Their is 2 different sizes for my model, Either 16 inch tire or 17 inch. Two different size rotors. First off he couldn't tell me the size without me measuring my rotors. Then I was thinking cause I have the 17 in rotors that I would need the larger rotor. That was my call. I was about to pay, then Sam ask me if I want a final sale price. $37 dollars each. No returns or exchange. I said I was paying with debit, he said that ok. I wasn't sure. Then he said $15 more I would get a bill but I couldn't return of the box and plastic were open, cause he couldn't restock. I didn't buy cause I wasn't sure. Turns out those weren't the right ones for me. I needed the smaller ones. Beware of you buy parts here guys.

I have been dealing with hotspot auto parts in Hamilton for about 10 years now and the service is fantastic. Sam is the man when it comes to parts you need. This place is great. It's central location made very easy to access since I've been taking a bus around town while fixing my car. I priced all my parts at 3 different places and this was by far the best deals in the city. When I purchased my starter I was immediately informed of the final sale for the specific and it was made clear well in advance of the final transaction. I had even bought the wrong ball joint and they were happy to exchange it right away with no hassle at all. Overall I'm super happy with this place and I'll keep going back for my auto parts from now on.
