Saskatoon Import Auto Service

I had brought my 2011 Jetta to the Volkswagen dealership because I was having trouble shifting into first gear. That was three years ago and they told me it was gonna cost $600 to fix it. Skip ahead to last week when I brought my Jetta in for a DPF and EGR delete Saskatoon auto imports noticed that my first gear was having trouble engaging so they basically readjusted it and fixed it perfectly. It cost me about 100 bucks. If you’ve got an import vehicle that your dealership says it’s gonna cost a lot of money to fix, check with these guys first. Very capable and reasonable. I will use them again, for sure.

This business goes above and beyond expectation. I stopped in to inquire about a new windshield and to ask about locating the cord for my block heater, and Neil not only gave me a great recommendation for a good glass repair business, but took my car in, put it up on the lift and routed my block heater cord out even though I had no appointment. He even noticed that my coolant level was low and topped it up. I offered to pay but he waved it off at no cost. This is the kind of service I used to get in a small town, so having such kind and helpful service technicians in downtown Saskatoon is astonishing. Two thumbs up!

I took my Mercedes to Import after getting a quote for general maintenance from Mercedes. Neil’s prices were much more competitive and the service was fantastic. The number one thing I appreciate in any business is being able to trust the person making recommendations for me. Went here after my car sat in the VW saskatoon lot for a week and then I got informed I had to wait another 2 to 3 weeks before it could be looked at. Booked an appointment at import auto after hearing that and was given a spot less than a week away.Vehicle was looked at and fixed the day of the appointment. Not necessarily cheap but definitely fair pricing and staff is always friendly and ready to help. You also have the piece of mind that a vw certified mechanic is repairing your vehicle same as you would at the dealership and the service is much better.
