Fantastic bakery ! ! ! If not the best one of the best bakeries in town. Small locally owned bakery that bakes with local fresh ingredients every day. Hurry up though, they sell out FAST every day. The best part about this bakery, unlike most bakeries in thunder Bay, they are open early so you can get your goodies on your way to work. The other part that makes this bakery awesome, they have savoury morning breakfast treats

Best croissants in Thunder Bay. I’ve been craving for good croissants and I just couldn’t pass the opportunity to try them out this weekend. Also tried their new cakes in cups which were so worth the price (and calories!). Cannot wait for them to be open full time & get treats regularly.

Owning a business is a responsibility. If you open 3 days/week why would you close early? What kind of business mentality?? It seems like this business is run by kids. It’s not the first time you are closed before noon when you should be closing at 1pm.I drove from the other side of the city and paid my parking ticket to find you were closed.I just wanted to share my experience without impacting your Google Map score.

Delicious croissants and pastries! The baked goods here are fresh, flakey and oh so delicious. You have to arrive early to get the most variety of flavors before they sell out, but honestly anything you buy here is going to be fantastic.

Best croissant in town!And I recently got to try their chocolate cake, which was easily the best chocolate cake I have had in my entire life, just perfect.I dont know why they don't open 5days a week.As the demand is way more than the supply.I mean waking up at 9am in the morning and standing in a 20minute long line is too much of a hassle for a couple of croissants.Please expand your business, we need more croissant but with convenience.
