When we had a problem they were quick to respond. They came to our house and did a quick repair on the roof. After the snow melted we realized there was more damage that we did not see. They came back right away and took care of it.

Terrible service, took forever, there was no communication at all, after almost a year of waiting, the only way I knew the work was getting done was when the roofers showed up in the morning, no notification at all. The guy who came to look at the roof kept telling me there would be extra charges for the work, which was terribly stressful. Never showed up for the work inside, took the payout from insurance and hired another contractor. Obviously, your replies are copy pasted from previous replies. You don't care about your customers, cause I never go a single call about my complaints.

Ron was very helpful and very quick to come assess a smell in basement that no one else would come help us figure out!! Told us how to find it and after finding it helped us with clean up!I would definitely recommend this company!

I had to have part of my home redone due to ice buildup with the freezing/thawing. When Matt was there in the beginning it was great, however, when Jason took over when Matt left the company, it went bad quick. The workers thought they could throw their trash behind our garage, some had absolutely poor attitudes, work was done very poorly including painting that had to be done over since it looked terrible and places that sanding was barely/not done. They broke parts of my kitchen floor, and pantry, overall it was a pretty terrible experience. Might be worthwhile to look at other restoration places.
