I like cosco and I’ve been going there for over 10 years. This is the first time a cashier screamed at me for no reason. She had an attitude from the beginning. It doesn’t make sense. « marine darline » is the name on my receipt. She has braids. I Hope you’ll train her a bit about the importance of customer service

Typical Costco but parking is horrible. You can find different items here compared to other costco's due to the demographic that they cater to. This place is always busy. No gas bar.

This Costco store is not as big as the ones at Laval but still big enough compared to other Costco stores. Queue at the entrance to enter due Covid19 regulations. The guy at the door was a bit rude to us when he asked only of us to enter despite allowing others that are 3 of one family to enter the store.

My intention was to buy a Privilege ($60) membership to have access to the optic center. I will not regularly come here for regular shopping or anything else. It took over 40 minutes and multiple aggressive (up)sale attempts, and all my patients to make them understand that I make and educated decision regarding my membership. I do not want to be talked to in this misogynistic manner.

Waited 30+ minutes for syrup to be replaced for rootbeer. Talked to 3 different employees who sell said it would be done.
