Frantz is our go to HVAC professional. In our experience he has always been accommodating of our requests and very punctual. His rates are reasonable and his work is excellent!

Our 2005 furnace broke down mid-November, on a Saturday. We called HVAC Comfort (Frantz); he came quickly and checked out the furnace, but it needed main parts, and suppliers do not work Saturday afternoon (or Sunday). So he came back Monday morning, and by around 4 pm the furnace was up and running, even though the problem was rather complex.Frantz offered quick service, and the price for repair was a reasonable one, even though he worked on the furnace the whole day.We would highly recommend Frantz /HVAC Comfort, to whomever needs their furnace or a/c repaired quickly!

Franz is an exceptional “find.” Having moved into my home two years ago we used a few different pool companies and HVAC companies to work on our heaters and run gas lines. None were as timely, professional or did as good of a job as Franz. I’d happily provide a reference and recommend his work.

HVAC comfort recently fitted a humidifier. They did an excellent job cleaning up.adyer themselves and making sure I knew exactly how to operate the device. My home is now very comfortable.Well done guys

I have a reliance membership and was calling for weeks trying to get an appointment moved up as I was aware there was an issue will AC/ furnace blower. Then this week found a huge puddle in my furnace room and AC stopped working. I have a newborn and it was plus 30 degrees. Called reliance and other company's to help in a timely fashion as it was so hot and even though I can cope with the heat my newborn was at risk. I kept getting the run around with customer service with reliance and others companies giving delays. However HVAC comfort answered the phone late in the evening 10pm after spending hours calling around desperate for help. The heat was not helping with my frustrations. Frantz was there within 30mins diagnosed the issue. Fully transparent, gave me all my options and did not pressure me. Made my family feel valued and was very affordable. Trusted his experience and guidance. Next day ordered and received what I needed then had the job done right away. I couldn't be happier and now my home is cool from the heatwaves. Definitely recommended and I will keep using them as great service with complete satisfaction.
