Out of 3 planes not one can make it to Vancouver from Calgary. Took 6 hours to figure that out

Worst customer service/ airline EVER. I have had numerous flights cancelled/delayed with no compensation. Left me stranded in Calgary overnight once (as a minor). I had no money and couldn't afford food, a car rental or bus ticket. They refused to compensate me and I had a nightmare of a time getting myself home.I will never again fly with this company.

Flight was cancelled due to maintenance, no team could arrive till 3 hours later, entire plane missed their connecting flight. The only option we were given was to drive to Calgary. Defeating the entire purpose of flying out of lethbridge in the first place. Just a garbage set up with minimal communication; Air Canada you suck the big one.

Certainly better then any experience I have had with Westjet lately.

Why is it that you allow a bottle of hand sanitizer on a plane, and not a bottle of water. Hand sanitizer is highly flammable so it is no different than me brining on gasoline. You still hand out sanitizer on the plane. I don't get it so why let people bring there own?? Bottle size doesn't appear to be an issue. I personally wittnessed a man being allowed to bring on a screwdriver through security as well. I also witnessed a person showing a picture of his I.D on his phone and still was allowed through. I am not happy with Air Canada and I do not consider it a safe airline. Security has some serous holes in its game because they are under trained and lack the knowledge to do there jobs adequelty. I often saw security asking someone else if this was allowed on the plane. It is obvious the bottom dollar is more important than safety.

After I booked my flights online, I noticed immediately that I booked them for the wrong dates. I called and cancelled my flights an hour within purchasing them. Air Canada promised a refund within 5 -10 business days. After not receiving my refund, I called my bank to see if I had any pending payments, they informed me that the refund was cancelled". The Air Canada representative said the refund was not cancelled and it shows on there files that it was reunded but to give it another few days. After another week I called my bank again and there was no pending charges. I then again called Air Canada and was told it was refunded and they will put me on a 6 week "refund service" call back. Its been over a month now and I still haven't received my refund which then I had to file a dispute."

Not very good service. At one time they were the top airline. Seems like they have landed in the middle of nowhere as far as customer service goes.

Paid $60 for a luggage and they just let it soak in the rain in Toronto today. Sucking money with no value services.

I can't believe the level of incompetence. I am still waiting for them to tell me where my luggage is after they lost it to Canada from the US and then again! from Canada to the US. They told me it is at 3 different airports at the same time! in 3 different cities and couldn't agree. ?? They gave us no information when we landed and needed to connect to another flight after we were delayed due to weather and people were walking around lost... Get this: their station was closed for the night despite them telling me I had to go and ask their rep. How can I when you are closed?! It goes on and on. Listen, all airlines make mistakes but this airline is HORRIBLE. THE WORST. I say this with utmost confidence as a very traveled person. Don't bother. Use west jet or other airlines. To my fellow Americans-- Seriously: don't bother. Fly one of our companies to and from there instead. air Canada is not worth them ruining your leisure vacation. The amount I paid for a hotel, rental car, gas, and stress to get back to my house because of their incompetence is in the hundreds of dollars. They told me I had to email to get a refund for the second flight and it may take up to 80 days. Wow. They are awful.
