Wall to wall selection of supplies. Located in a mall with many different amenities available. This is a mini treasure trove to those wanting to make their own cards.

Now run by Ann and supportive staff Robin and Marianne. Friendly and lots of crafts supplies and stamp sets to choose from.

Very helpful and I love taking time to find all the treasurers in the store. And they have always taken the time to answer any questions I have. And the samples in the store are amazing. Thank you.

I think the two lovely people in the store are very shy and they don't want to be pushy. I asked a million questions, including how to do stuff, and admitted that I was a Cricut person too! Their prices are better than Michaels or Amazon, and when I wanted a weird product, they offered to phone Opus from the store because they hadn't heard about it. I admit that I spent more than I went in intending too, but with their great sale, I got a lot for my money and I am having a lovely time playing with it.

I explained that I didn't but I that I had just purchased a Cricut Maker and was very interested in purchasing decorative paper to cut with it. I inquired if they sold Copic markers and was told flatly to "try Michaels". I attempted to browse a bit but the combination of both store keepers intensely watching eyes and the extremely short answers to my questions made me feel quite uncomfortable. I left almost immediately. Such was the extent of their unfriendliness that I actually felt it was appropriate to apologise for bothering them and did so as I left. Maybe I caught them at a bad moment or something but I sure won't be going back ever."

So many excellent card / template ideas.Unending quantities of all the supplies a person can dream of.If I hadn’t dragged my partner along, I am sure that I would have easily spent twice as long just looking around. So many good and fun craft ideas.Will be a repeat customer!

I don't think I have ever received better customer service anywhere...they had the supplies that I couldn't find anywhere else, he hunted for the item that I was looking for, they agreed to hold a high price item for me so I could return later in the week when I had my vehicle...I will for sure shop there again!!!

I was borrowing a 1998 Dodge Caravan from my father in law because we needed a van to drive our kids to school while my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid was getting serviced. I was parked outside of 'STAMPERS! Rubber Stamps & Papercrafts'. I realized at this time there was a flaw with the caravan as the alarm kept activating in the parking lot and it wouldn't let me drive. The owner of STAMPERS came out and yelled at me in a very loud and rude tone that I need to leave immediately and to go somewhere else". I tried to explain to her that the car is disabled when the alarm is on

I am quite new to Victoria and was on a mission to find a particular rubber stamp to finish a project that I was into and had gone into this store a couple of times. Only once I was ever greeted...the owner had never left his chair on any of the occasions that was in the store. He was gruff and not welcoming at all. The store is unorganized and rather messy. I asked about this stamp that I was searching for and was told it was a custom order. NO let me find a cost for you" or "t takes a week to get in"...NO help at all. I left the store and went to Good Ol' Michaels Crafts and found exactly what I needed.I wrote to the store owner telling him of my experience in his store and he in fact wrote back belittling me and telling me that I had just bought "crap" and that he does not sell "crap".I have never been treated so bad by company when I am there to spend money in their store!!I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone to shop there. Very BAD business practice and customer service!!"
