It’s one of my favourite stores however just recently when I went shopping the employees were making fun of another employee and it truly broke my heart. It’s not professional at all. I wanted a shirt that was up high and needed assistant, as I asked for help they told me to ask the girl that they were laughing at instead.... I didn’t and left the store. I’ve been their customer for years now but after that experience I just didn’t want to go back. The service has changed.

The store has good prices but the place is a mess. Clothes are misplaced and when you go to pay the prices are totally different, you really need to verify it because the cashiers will put the price they consider. Honestly the service is very pathetic. Not coming back here anymore

Horrible customer service; I received a gift from that store and tried to exchange for something else because I didn't like my gift and the item was brand new with tags on! They refused to let me exchange without a bill I asked for the store manager she said on vacation for 2 weeks, called the head office and got a voicemail, this place is a joke, please save your money and go shop elsewhere.

Still like Sirens after all these years. Despite their fast fashion allure, i have found some nice cotton highwaisted lounge pants this year with matching crop top. Their clothes can be cute but too bad for the polyester dresses. Too many of them.They need to bring the cotton dresses back they had there 6 years ago.

Change ur staff get adults not kids everyone say the same thing and then when u see 5 stars it’s ur staff that writes five star and don’t comment on mine because ur feed back is irrelevant

If your looking for fabulous summer clothes Sirens is the place take a look at the photos very affordable I went today the store was clean and all items were very easy to find all the items were in the right place. I got great service. I definitely recommend it's a fun place to shop. It feels great to see all the beautiful colors they have for the season. Give it a try.
