Amazing service, good selection of used and new bikes. Managed to find a bike my size and for a good price, something rare in MTL. repairs are super cheap and quick. Would recommend if looking for a good bike shop!

Amazing initiative, amazing selection, perfect place to pick up a great priced used bike (recycled / refurbished in fact). The one on one interactions with staff can be hit or miss depending on who your talking to, but hang around for a bit longer (or ask around) and you'll end up talking to the right person.Super chill, heartwarming service.

Bought a nice recycled bike from them, simple and functional, well priced. Both times i came in for servicing the service was quick, fixed on the spot, and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend.

Bought a fixie a couple of months ago and I just don't seem to get enough of my bike. When I told Patrick I like this bike right after trying it, he said I know" as if he knew something. He knwew that to try a fixie is to instantly fall in love with ir. Thank you Patrick !"

Visited the store about a week ago. Hardly any choices in the shop. I'm pretty much average height and size. No inventory to browse online. Prices were mediocre at best from what I did see. Seems like a shop using altruism as an excuse for overpriced mediocre products.

My girlfriend's bike spent a pretty rough time outside during the winter months. As a result, a lot of job needs to be done on the bike. We were in a hurry to go on a small trip and the guys hooked us up with a few quick fixes to allow us to use the bike without danger. They did so even though they were about to close the shop and they had other jobs that needed to be attended to. The bike was a lot smoother to ride as a result and we paid almost nothing for the service and parts. Everyone there was nice and helpful. I don't know why this shop gets a bad rep. They have a good mission and good prices. The only downside seems to be that you need to have an Éco Vélo and the business hours are a bit limiting.I would personally not use their bikes because I'm into racing bikes, but I would recommend this shop for someone getting into casual biking or who just wants a good commuter bike for cheap with good service associated with it.

If you're looking for a place with a social cause, good prices and excellent customer service, look no further. For the moment you step outside the shop (they have a great selection of used bikes for sale), there's one person ready to attend you with a smile on his face.My girlfriend and I went to check for maybe getting a second hand bike, we ended up buying one! The staff has really (but really, really, answering every question and orienting us to make the best decision) helpful. I just don't remember the name of the person who attended us, but he was awesome!

Good concept. The main reason I bought my bike there is to support" my community. Service was good for the purchase but a year after I'm having a few issues; some strange noises

The personnel was very nice and patient. They took the time to help adjust the seat at the right height for me. So I appreciated the service.However. I was looking for a used bike there, thinking it would be better than buying from random people because the shop would make sure the bike is tuned and in good shape. I assumed they would have changed failing parts so it's in its best shape for reselling. Few months later I noticed it was not the case. The cassette and chain were dying so I had to go to a bike shop to have them replaced ($). The bicycle stand was placed at a very bad place and damaged the cable for the rear derailleur really badly. (I barely used the bike since I bought it in fall time, so that damage was already there)So I would recommend the place for used bike only if you keep in mind that you might have to put some money to fix some parts afterward. Knowing that I would recommend not putting too much money buying the bike. I still think it's a bit more safe than just buying your used bike from anyone in their backyard, at least when it comes to simple bikes but.. be careful.

Not a good place to go if you want sth really safe to drive with. GF bought bike for 500$ this week Thursday - today (four days later) the tube popped while we were at breakfast, just heard a loud Pfffff" from our living room and pressure was gone. Tube popped ON THE INSIDE (see photo)
