It cost $30 for 4 soggy large fries and a small shake. I thought fast food was supposed to be cheap and convenient? Had to wait for the fries too and they were saltier than Poseidon's b-hole.

Every time I ask for a decaf they either give me dark roast or the decaf is cold. Forget hot, not even warm. when I tell them I need hot coffee they feel as if I'm asking them to come home and make me coffee. Isn't coffee supposed to be hot? Unless it's cold coffee?

It's a McDonald's. But the eye for detail with the team is lacking. While I was there 3 people had to get their order fixed. I ordered through the kiosk, but then had to pay by the cashier. And the associate reordered my food, rather than using my order already in the system. And they made a lot of mistakes.

Often go here to use their curbside pickup.More often than not, the food is cold (we live 5 minutes away), wrong or just disgusting. (Egg McMuffins were burnt and not edible)

Im a regular at McDonald's Victoria. This is by far the cleanest store in the Tricity. They try to clean up in between lunch and dinner rushes. You'd normally see crew and managers clean tables and sweep after customers.

Well, McDonalds has certainly changed their fish sandwich.The fish used to be thick & and tasty, but sadly, that is no longer the case.The fish I had tonight was half the size, was overcooked & they only put half a slice of cheese on it!Needless to say, I do not recommend purchasing the fish sandwich.

This location has many homeless people sitting at tables nodding off. Lots of bikes parked against the building outside the entrance. The waffle fries that I ordered were cold. And mixed with normal fries. The garbage inside was also overflowing. Many of the order screens inside were not working properly

Ordered 4 meals.. 1 of which was to have a poutine, instead they just add regular fries. Yet they put on 3 stickers on the bag saying checked for accuracy. Almost insulting saying it was checked for accuracy.

Not sure how McDonald's corporate allows this place to operate. The place is super dirty, employees just socializing in the back. Drink machines out of order, the touch order system out of order. The seats are ripped. Missing tiles. floors are disgusting. Door to kitchen open. Tables not wiped. Bathroom pee all over floors, no toilet paper and a busted heater that could cause a fire. Just Gross.

No I ordered a drink and two double cheeseburgers. They only gave me a fry. this service was outrageous. After bringing the issue up and coming back through the line. The lady continue to be rude, and will not reimburse me, nor give me my food. This is unacceptable
