SCAM ALERT they are more then happy to take your money but they will scam you, they didn’t do the transmission job they billed me for and they’re fighting me every step of the way. There’s even a dashcam video i have of Justin an advisor and mark in service colluding on what and what not to tell me. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR FORD CANADA THEY ARE JUST AS USELESS

Needed an OEM part for my Escape, and while on my first visit to the Parts desk they didn't immediately have it in stock, Henry went about ordering the part and they got it in within a day or two. It was exactly what I needed and the OEM piece was 1000x better than the aftermarket piece I was struggling with for years. Not only did Henry nail down the exact right part, Roman kindly walked out with me to my car and made sure the piece fit the bill and solved my woes (it did). Only then did they charge me for the part and at a very reasonable price. Very much worth it to save me the headache the aftermarket piece was causing me. Hate to say it, should've gone straight to the parts desk/dealership for this the first time, but hey, rolled the dice with aftermarket and lost. This time.
