I loved this location as they were always helpful. Today was unfortunately not the case. I called requesting to have curb side pick up as I had my baby in the car and could not carry both baby and a large 25lb bag of dog food. I have done this in the past multiple times. Ashley told me to place the order online as they are no longer able to take credit card over the phone. I placed the order and called back to confirm and was told the order wasn’t received yet but should only be a few minutes. I waited in my car outside with a fussing baby for over ten minutes. Called back, still not ready. Called about 30 minutes later and asked if it was ready and she said it was and I should have been notified by email which I wasn’t. I ended up having to go into the store anyway as there clearly wasn’t curb side pick up and when I asked to pick up my order Ashley said “Yup.” And just pointed to the bag sitting on the back counter. Confused, I asked if I could grab it. To which she responded she hadn’t rung it through yet. What was supposed to be quick and easy was long, drawn out and poorly handled. Will not be returning to this location.

Great place to shop. Nice clean store with well stocked shelves and good prices. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

My go to 4 per supplies. Prerequisite for the staff to b nice it seems.

Not impressed with girl who was in on Sunday, walk into store at 9.55 hours are 10.door was open asked me to leave witch was fine,no sooner did I get back to Truck two more guys walk to door witch was still not locked and walk in and two were served not sent out of store.

The second owner at this location is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Making sarcastic remarks at customers is not acceptable regardless of being frustrated due to the pandemic as she says. These people who come into your location are keeping you open. Frustration is a horrible justification to assume every single person walking in without a mask is a liar.I highly recommend anyone with integrity to not support this location.

The store always has the stuff I need. The service is great as well. The dog wash station is amazing.

Come here for all my dog needs. Staff are always saying hi as I walk in and are always available to help answer any questions or make suggestions. Great selection of items from food to toys for all your pets needs. They also have a dog Wash I've used as well which is super helpful

Lots of great options for my rabbit. Sometimes I can't find what I need at other pet stores.
