My son asked for the fresh popcorn that was done as we have done numerous other times at this location. The manager this time was rude and made my son cry by saying noCouldn’t believe the rudeness of this person - Sagar Patel. He should not be a manager and should be taught customer service - especially to children

Understaffed. An employee left the store unattended and left a long line of people waiting for 20 minutes. When she finally returned she was in no rush to serve customers either.

Friendly and understanding staff. The two ladies - Arsh & Harmit (i think) - serving us on sep.24.22, were patient and caring. The new resealable bags are convenient and easy to carry. I wish popcorns were warm as those would taste better. Thank you ladies for the great customer service. Keep it up!

Kernels popcorn is over-priced garbage that made me sit in the can for way too long. The owner of this franchise is an obese loser with the attitude of teenage girl whose daddy wouldn't buy her a Porsche for Xmas.The staff is slow, stupid and lazy, and it's obvious they receive no training or support from head office. Places like this have prompted me to write my new book Why Canada Sucks" - Canadians don't know JACK about running a business!"

Excellent Customer Service; responsive, friendly, accommodating, timely.We used Kernels for our school fundraising and I would highly recommend working with this location. The product was great every time!

Current employees are super efficient and provide great customer service. However, as a long time Kernels customer I find that some locations don't use the same ingredient ratios resulting in substandard results. Erin Mills location has got it right.

Bought butter salt on 8 sep 2021 from this location. They were not fresh at all. They were very soft. Waste of money. Normally I go to square one location. First time I came to this location and had a very bad experience. Employee was not even wearing gloves while he was sealing the bag.
