The koi sanctuary is stunning. Never seen such beautiful koi before. This is a must visit. Will be back for sure

We recently moved onto a property that included a koi pond. The filter system was questionable and the pond was full of far to many fish (mostly ugly goldfish hybrids). We received excellent advice from Edward and Daylene on how to get our pond to a state we could be proud of. This place is very cool. I was greeted by very friendly staff. I didn't get the ladies name however she is extremely knowledgeable and was more than happy to take the time to answer my questions. This place is beautifully set up and is worth a look for sure. If you're looking for Koi fish this is the place!

I have been shopping at Okanagan Koi for just over a year now. I purchased all of my equipment and my Koi from them. Being new to having a pond I was pretty clueless. Dayleen and Eduard have been wonderful to me, answering all of my never ending questions. They are knowledgeable and kind. I always leave there smiling and with exactly what I needed for my pond. I am so thankful to them! Amazing customer service, they actually go above and beyond in my opinion. Their store has a wide variety of equipment at great prices.Their Koi are healthy and gorgeous.Their pond plants are beautiful. Their gardens are AMAZING. I love going through them and looking at their ponds and even feeding their koi! I highly recommend them!! Thank you Dayleen and Eduard for all you do!

Words cannot describe how amazed I am with the service I have received from this business. I have been a pond enthusiast since 2004, in this time I have built 5 ponds eveytime work transferred my family. Of course with more experience comes bigger needs, our last move took us to a very rural area with no place to purchase my equipment. I had ordered on line many times before from both the U.S and in Canada, came across this website and would recommend 120%.I am 1,500. Km away and they have gone above and beyond to get my products to me. The biggest purchase so far was a liner that was 300 pounds and they did everything they could to get that liner to me, there was only a couple of couriers that would deliver and they made it happen, when I was at a total loss.I will even purchase something that is similar to what I had before, but not from same supplier just to continue to support this wonderful business. Sure they have it on Amazon, usually a slight price difference, but it is the customer service that makes me a loyal customer. And the knowledge, is just amazing, if you ever want to know anything about ponding, follow the seminars, I have learned new information since I discovered Okanagan Koi and Water Gardens.Extremely satisfied customer.

I've been shopping at Okanagan Koi for all my pond needs for the past 10 years or so. Dayleen and Edward are fantastic owners who care about their customers and are passionate about Koi and water gardening. The products they carry are great, the advice even better, and the service is warm and friendly. There is no better place to visit for help with pond supplies, buying fish, building ponds and waterfalls, and turning a yard into an oasis! They also have beautiful ponds and gardens that you can tour for a small donation. Highly recommended!!

This place is a must see for almost anyone visiting Kelowna! Features beautiful vast Zen gardens with multiple clever koi ponds strewn throughout. Admission is by donation. It's absolutely beautiful. You could spend a day there just meditating or bring your children to feed the koi as there is a bubblegum machine full of koi food which dispenses small amounts for quarters. The owner of this establishment is an expert on ponds and koi and a wealth of knowledge and very hospitable & entertaining with his stories.

On the drive up to black mountain, it’s a great place to stop. They have two dogs, rescues from South Korea, and they’re very good dogs. Enjoyed the views and koi fish. It’s all by donation. I had no idea Koi lived til 225 years old.

We used to shop there on a regular basis. My wife called yesterday for some advice on a pond filter we purchased somewhere else and was basically told to phone the place we bought it. When she explained that we just wanted a second opinion, she was reluctantly given a minimum of advice. Basically, if you're not spending money, they don,t have time for you. We will not be back. There are other places that are more interested in the customer over quick cash.
