The worse experience ever, they didn’t mix the matcha tea latter, I had to go back and wait in the drive thru for 25 minutes. The girl at the front window was disgusting rude. ON TOP OF THAT, They made the drink exactly the same, I told them PLEASE MIX IT PROPERLY!Same thing, tasted like water and bitter powder with each sip.Train your employees on how to make drinks.30 minutes of my life I will never get back!

We got a Chai tea latte and strawberry and lemonade drink. Quality is good, tea latte was much sweet, they did not ask for sugar dosage!

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered the hot double double coffee and it was cold. I told them and the only thing they did was apologize. I also ordered a Frappuccino through the app and when I got there they hadn’t even started making it. Took them 10 mins to make it. Do not waste your money! This is by far the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to.

I was buying Chai latte at Starbucks at Vaughan mills mall on Sunday Mar 26, at 10:46am, register 1.The drink was good, but the person handling the cashier was very grumpy, she looks like she doesn't like be there and was not very pleasant, she gave me a look and attitude when I asked her for a cup of water, and also forgot the water I requested and I had to ask the person at the bar for it when we got out drink. Starbucks used to have one of the best services, but now they really need to train their employees at much higher standards.

Had a really good experience today. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino and it tasted different than usual so I told the barista. She made me a new one but it still tasted off. I went back to her to briefly explain and the man who I believe was a manager (middle eastern looking man) overheard the conversation and listened to my concerns and personally made me another one and it was perfectly catered to what I wanted (less strong and more sweet). He knew exactly how many pumps, cream etc to put. I should also mention that he offered me a refund as he understands that us customers spend a lot of money on these drinks and it should be perfect. I declined the refund because I was happy to have him make a new one but it was the gesture that made this experience memorable. He let me keep the old drinks as he mentioned they would be thrown out anyways. I felt he delivered excellent customer service and would definitely go back because of the service I received from him. I feel confident that if there is a problem in the future, that he will definitely take care of it no questions asked. Thanks so much! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Tall male server with the beard had horrible customer service, very nonchalant while taking orders. I asked for a strawberry açaí which he stated they didn’t have any, that was okay with me so I ordered something else. While waiting for my order, I noticed everyone else were getting venti drinks of refreshers and strawberry açaís. I asked again if they didn’t have any and he said they do but only for mobile orders. If that was the case, I don’t understand why he didn’t mention it in the first place since I have the app and am able to place a mobile order. There were also no signs stating that the refreshers are only available online.

Staff not experienced or trained enough to handke busy days which at this mall is pretty much every day. Not staff's fault; management should take the responsibility for the extremely poor service!

I visited on Monday December 26th 730am and the cashier was Salma. I was shocked of the experience I got from Starbucks when I’ve been going here for so many years. She was rude and rushy. She did not give the nice upbeat friendly smile I’m used to at Starbucks. She didn’t speak not even a hello good morning or cared. Really disappointed. Cashiers are the face of the store and first impression and interaction and if this wasn’t the only Starbucks in the mall, I probably wouldn’t have ordered. I would have left.

İ tried dragon mango drink and it was really delicous but they can put less ice in it and we didn’t wait for long time it was really fast
