Took a coin here to be appraised, and the service was fast, friendly, and informative. Great place, and very knowledgeable staff!

I needed some extra weight on the front of my RC crawler. Nothing works better then a small brick of silver. It was easy to machine to. I guess it added some value to the silver.

Staff are very knowledgeable, and friendly. They do take their time with each customer. Sometimes they are very busy dealing with many customers who all have unique items to sell or buyer. There is always something to buy at Colonial Acres Store or Online!

This store has a great variety of products, but it takes them forever to ship online orders. Do not expect to receive your order before 2-3 weeks following purchase. Sure, they have treatment delays, but there’s a limit. I am currently waiting for shipping infos concerning an order I placed 10 business days ago.

I've made a few transactions here and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing else quite like it in the region. For me it's my go to coin place.

I only gave a 4 star because I cant say they are excellent all the time but I have had no issues with any employee or anything at all for that matter and I understand you cant please all the people all the time! Maybe the things a very few customer's are saying is really there fault but maybe those customers think they are perfect and maybe they are the way they say they were treated? If you compare the employees there with any other service business at lest they will not send you to aisle 5 or say that is not my department and leave you standing there without getting the right person to help you! They are running a business and do a good job with even the worst customer in my opinion and I have seen it ! I have bought used jewelry there and they went out of there way to find what I was looking for. I would like to see a rating on customers that have given them a poor rating and ask them questions. Maybe like this! When the employee smiled and said good morning can I help you did they say the same thing back or did you complain right away for having to wait or wear a mask or you didn't like the rules we had to follow with the sick sickness or were you the one that was being rude etc. etc. ? I would say for the most part they run there business the way it should be run and have the attitude like the customer is always right unless they know the customer is wrong but they will always give you the benefit of the doubt even if you don't deserve it! That is how I see it !

Always sent people to this store had good results ,, had not been back for a number of years , took in a bunch of coins I had, had them bagged and tagged , sat down waited the appraiser came I put them on the desk in a pile in plastic bags , he sat down , how can I help you, told him he got up said pocket change and walked away I taught this was rude and improper conduct he had no idea what I had their ,,,,, by the way was 2 New England six pence worth $900 each ,,, I have a wedding ring set appraisal was $2200.00 he offered me $400,,, like you kidding came home put on line sold for $1200 ,,, I left their feeling very insulted ,, he could have looked them over I would have been ok with that ,,, won’t go back their again ,,,,,,

Excellent place to buy/sell precious metals and more. Their online selection is great! Only complaint is that sometimes when shopping online you don't realize that an item you want is out of stock because there are so many out of stock items on their website. Updates slowly I find. But great store. Great service.
