CIBC Branch with ATM
There are no tellers at this CIBC branch. Wait times can be quite long as a result. While the staff who work there are nice and apologize about wait times, it seems like a strange business model (apparently these are called advice based centres". Please bring back your customer service

My issue's been resolved with the highly attentivehelp of Nick Whiteman at Kingston's 256 Bagot road CIBC Branch.I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and business ethic. Without Nick successful resolution of my issue through CIBC’s Credit Card Contact Centre would be quite problematic. Thanks a lot Nick!

This branch has shown time and time again what bad customer service looks like. Hope you dont need to talk to anyone on the phone, messages not returned for days, cannot book an appointment. Horrible service!
