Staff are very nice and accommodating! The technicians were very attentive! I can tell they love what they are doing! Their receptionists were extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone!❤❤❤❤

Terrible clinic, they misguide by saying they close at 8 pm on their google timings. I got there at 7:10 pm for an x-ray and they were acting as if they had no idea what I was talking about and said that they’re closed. They don’t even answer their phone and send us to voicemail most of the times.

I Have been trying to reach them 3 times a day for the last 3 days; before you can leave a message the automated voicemail hangs up on you. I tried their email and got a bounce back. Apparently they are very skilled and come highly recommended, but it looks like they have an issue with scheduling. . . .maybe it's time to go automated and give patients the ability to book online.

Had an 8am ultrasound and was late by 20 min. due to traffic. Receptionist was rude and they turned me away even though I prepared for it overnight. Not accommodating or understanding.

I wish I wasn’t give the one star either because I was on the phone about 30 minutes and nobody answering my phone then I hang up . After that I checked online the see if there’s any options to book my appointments online to avoid waiting on the phone but nothing

I’ve gone for several ultrasounds here, and honestly they want you outta there and on to the next but they do the job. I would NOT recommend going here if it’s your first pregnancy and you do ultrasounds in the first trimester. It’s such a special moment for first time moms and the techs here don’t have any manners, seem irritated when you ask questions, they don’t allow you to take any pictures or videos. When I asked she mumbled something about the printer. How are you doing ultrasounds for pregnancies when your machines are not functioning for printing. This location and the ones in Mississauga is where I had my bad experiences.

Nice and friendly receptionist, From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, the waiting area was clean, comfortable. The ultrasound room itself was modern, well-equipped, and maintained.
