They didn’t have waffle cones left and only had bowls left . Wouldn’t make new cones and the bowls were stale.

I had great tasting ice-cream but a few things spoilt the overall experience1. I had to wait for a couple of minutes to be acknowledged2. The clerk was not exactly careful in scooping the ice-cream (see strawberry picture attached.3. The spoon had really sharp edges. I had a few scratches and my kids had to use other spoons for their ice-cream.

Twice we’ve gone in now and ordered banana spilt but the worker informed us they had no bananas therefore unable to make order. A grocery store is 25ft away. If you have a product to sell ensure you have the inventor my otherwise take it off the menu.

The ice cream cones were good but a bit expensive. Its hard not to like ice cream! Nothing inspiring but certainly refreshing. I had the cookie dough drizzle and my girlfriend had the rasberry cheesecake. Its not as good as some homemade places i have been, but not bad either.

Been there twice if I could give a negative 5 I would. First time we showed up at 10:50 when it said store closes at 11pm they refused to several us. The second time we showed up at 9:30 when it said store closes at 10pm Server told us they were closed she was more interested in speaking with friends then serving 4 us. So we went to dairy Queen across town showed up right at closing time and they served 4 of us Blizzards

Gave 5 stars until today. Server ruined experience of my favourite place. Paid for a large cup that was barely filled. Customer next to me bought same thing but I guess quantity and scale irrellevant as they seem to be determined by the colour of the client. Bought this large cup and a cone and was given a cone wereby I can't even lick the icecream cause its unreachable. Surprise surprise other customers have to lick off their cone quickly in case it might melt and fall off. Just threw the cone into the garbage. Other customer next to me could hardly close their large tub but we bought the same size. Thank you Marble.

Ordered a party kit through Skip for my kids to do at home for our Youtube channel. Lady called me from Marble Slab and argued with me because I asked them not to mix in the toppings because my kids wanted to it themselves. She wouldn't put them in containers for me separately because they don't want to use containers and are too cheap to do that. After 5 minutes of arguing she agreed to put them in ziplock bags. Extremely difficult to deal with and will not be doing this again.

I love their ice cream! There are a lot of items on the menu to try. Pricey compared to any other ice cream place, but worth it.
