Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company! Horrible people to deal with! They tried to scam my poor parents... when I call to complain and solve the problem the receptionist was beyond rude! They charged my parents for repairs( which their system wasn’t even fixed) more than what the system would have cost to install new!! In what world does this makes sense?Stay away from this company! Don’t take my words! Looks at the terrible reviews they have!I’m so angry that I will be talking to a lawyer about suing them for taking advantage of my poor parents.

Family run business. That is a huge plus! They really care about your business. After setting me up with a new softener at a great price and really efficient install, they took the time to check in with me a week later to see if everything worked as they said it would. This new softener sure uses a lot less salt than my old unit and is smart about when to flush the system too.I am super pleased with CWC.I’ll use them again for sure.Dan

We bought a home that is about 18 years old. We renovated the place top to bottom. Because the old water conditioner was working I didn't even consider replacing it. One day the unit would not stop running, wasting both water and salt. I called this family owned business and they gave me step by step instructions to shut the unit down. It could be repaired, but I opted to replace it. The unit they installed produces softer water, and uses a fraction of the salt. These folks were helpful, prompt, professional, and informative but not pushy. The replacement and installation went well, the technician was very clean. Thumbs up and thank you

Canadian Water Conditioning provided me with superb service and very competitive pricing. Service Technician was very respectful of my home and was on time. I have yet to have an issue with the water softener they sold and installed... Excellent over all!

Initial contact was good. The technician sent was cordial and easy to deal with. I described a specific problem and after a cleaning and a part replacement thought it was taken care of. A week later after a cycle ran the same issue reoccurred. The company indicated the unit was too old and they couldn’t repair it but replace it with a new unit and the full amount of the repair cost going to the purchase. The technician I had advised me this would happen. So I have a non effective repair and an offer to put more money in their pockets by purchasing a new system. Interesting marketing plan. They won’t be getting good reviews from me and hopefully others will think twice about using their services.

SCAMMERSThis business is scamming people for 28 years. Its very sad to see a local business doing this to their customers. They can not even keep Employees around, which explains their work ethics.We spent close to $2000 for a Water softener system & RO which stopped working in less than 3 years. The system was still under their 5 years warranty but they came up with some ridiculous reason and did not honor the warranty and forced us to purchase new equipment. It seems that they are always right and do not want to listen to the clients. Had to deal with Terry who only cares about money and her profit. The Softener issue was at my house, the tech that came out even said they should warranty and fix the issue, She didn't even know what was going on yet still she was the one making all the decisions. They quoted us $800 to fix the current softener or $1200 to purchase a new one. Then they wanted more money half way though the install.I would give them -10 stars if I had the option to. Look at all their latest reviews, they are all negative experiences. DO NOT RECOMMEND CWC.SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND GO WITH OTHER COMPANIES.

This company is very unethical. They did not deliver and kept our money.We called CWC to service our malfunctioning water softener. The technician, Matthew Rousom, came in and started by testing our water. He then said that he had checked our file, and our equipment was too old and not repairable. He then sold us new equipment for $4700. We put down a $250 deposit and they scheduled installation for the following week. We were told there was no service call charge because we had ordered equipment and they did not touch the existing equipment.The following week they called to tell us a part was on backorder - but could not tell us when it was expected or when they could do the install. For the next three weeks we had to keep calling to see if there was any news on the part and install date. No-one we talked to seemed to know what was going on and every time we called they had to put us on hold and try and find the info. Finally we were told the part had arrived (a month later) and they could install. My wife asked if they would give a discount due to the delay and frustration. That afternoon we got a call back from the company president, Terri Willet, to say she was cancelling our order and that she would not return our deposit.We contacted the BBB and found that they have been contacted several times about this company by dissatisfied customers. It appears they are quite indifferent to unhappy customers.Today, we received an invoice from them for the original Free" service call. They charged us an extra $188. and said they would refund the difference in our deposit

I originally bought my water conditioning equipment from another company. I always had issues getting that company on the phone and they never showed up for appointments. When I first called Canadian Water Conditioning I actually got to speak with a live person and they came when they said they would. Ultimately, I had to replace my old equipment but they gave me a few options so I could get something that suited my budget. I feel like I got great value for my money because this system works better than my last one.

Very bad servicesOffice said me initially mywater softener is rental with there company in first place as I was very new to my house and wasn't sure if it's rental or own.Technicians came for few mints and was reluctant to go without 186$ paymentI said give me time to clarify with your office but they said more they wait more I payDefinitely would not recommend

Absolutely worst experience ever with any water company...oh wait I mean with any company... As a water engineer myself, I am deeply concerned about the recommendations they give to customers to blindly upgrade just to make more money. The only reason I called them for service is because this water softener was a legacy item from the previous owner. They charged me nearly $500 to just restart the system for a 2 hr call. Also forced me to pay on the spot or their technician cannot leave". Paying invoice within 30 days is standard and how other companies do it..but clearly this company thinks they can bully their customers by threatening to hold their technician hostage. I only paid right away even though it's wrong because I felt bad for their technician. Carrie was so rude and unprofessional. She should not be allowed to talk to customers if the company cared at all about customer service."
