Our water tank burst today. We called and they were here in 20 minutes! Friendly, fast and reliable service! I wouldn't use anyone else!

Absolutely discussing treatment. We woke up to our furnace not working, and called the emergency 24 hour number and weren't able to leave a message so we had to call again. When we finally got someone on the line they freaked out and yelled at us for calling. Then repeatedly were rude and angry towards us.They fixed" the furnace two months ago

Called on christmas eve to ask about having an oil line bled for our boiler. Was rude and curt on the phone and told us only dealt with landlords not tenants. Would not recommend purely based on customer service skills alone.

The plumber arrived first thing in the morning, was very polite, and did excellent work to our bathroom sink. He went above and beyond what we had expected of him — repairing the damage to our pipes that we had called him for, as well as fixing two other issues with the sink that we had forgotten to request repairs for. We couldn't happier with the service. Well done!

Words are not enough to show our appreciation for the fast efficient service these guys provided. Many thanks to Shawn for coming to our rescue, I called at 4:45 PM and they walked through the door smiling at 5:15 PM. His words...you can't do without water"

Booked them a week ago for an annual service on my oil and wood furnaces, was told they would be here between 9am and noon, at 1pm no one had shown up, or called me so I called the office and was told that they would get back in touch with me, and hour later I received a call saying they would be cancelling my appointment. I understand emergency calls pop up, and if you absolutely have to cancels someones appointment, you call them to tell as soon as you can, you don't wait for them to call you.About three weeks earlier I had called for a quote on having my leaking water heater replaced, left my name, and number and never received a call back.

I had made an appointment and they called the day prior to reschedule. On the day of the new appointment when no one had arrived by 3pm I called to check in. I was told they had had “several emergencies” and weren’t going to make it that day. The best they could offer was to call me the next week to let me know when they could once again reschedule. Poor service, scheduling and communications.

The initial communication for a quote with this company was good. I requested a quote to see how much it would cost to replace my plumbing system. The boss himself came out and assessed my home so that he could give me an accurate quote. It has been more than 2 weeks going back and forth with his secretary on the phone to simply get a quote. I paid $44 for transport and $75 for labour" and this was just an assessment. No work has been done. After calling AGAIN (after mutiple phone calls and a visit to the office)

Not a usual post I’d do but I am pretty bothered by the unprofessional service Interactions with Kelsey’s plumbing heating and ventilation.Over a month ago I contact Kelseys to have a Venmar system moved about eight feet so I would be able to finish the bathroom walls in my renovation; and upon calling them they sent out a guy in a couple days and everything was timely. They said it would be about week until someone would be out to move the unit which was fine. Fast forward two weeks after no call on the quote they said they would give me and no workers showing up I call and ask when they would be able to get out and move the unit; the lady there said we will be there first thing start of the week and still no price on the quote. Start of the week comes and goes by and I call again asking for the quote and asking where the workers are; the lady says I’ll call you back and get a price and time and again I wait days for no call back. I called today to see where the workers are that she said would be here Friday(today) and she said oh we were waiting on your quote so we booked the workers else where but can have them in first thing Monday morning and finally a price after a month of calling and asking and waiting...Needless to say if you are looking for plumbing, heating or ventilation services I absolutely would not recommend the dickery that Kelsey’s displays as quality service. It’s was horrible and unprofessional every step of the way.

Shout out to Kelsey's Plumbing and Heating. Yesterday they replaced my dishwasher...professional service from the reception desk, owner and service men. Today I woke up for the second day to a flooded basement. Called Kelsey's again and they arrived within minutes to diagnose the problem which was hot water tank. They promptly repaired and replaced the tank. Thank you to this local business. Great customer service and professional service men. Now a hot bath!!!
