Dog Inspired

We took our dog Xena to the puppy social class and it was fantastic! All the pups had a great time playing and learning.The session is supervised with trained professionals in a clean safe spaceHighly recommend!

Dog Inspired was the first company we worked with after adopting our not-so-little rascal, Jack. Katherine was very patient and reassuring. We loved the support and confidence she instilled in us + Jack! Highly recommend.

We had a consult with Katherine for our dog reactivity to squirrels when in the house and on leash and she gave us good advice and did it in a very gentle and professional manner. We are also completing her nail care online course and are really impressed with her platform and tools. Would recommand 100% for anyone.

We just completed our first ever online tricks class with the wonderful Katherine! The curriculum was explained in detail on our first session and we were able to take a vote on which tricks we want to start with! Katherine was able to demo each trick step by step with her own dogs first so we could get the idea of what is will look like at the end. The class was small enough which allowed us to get one on one coaching and troubleshooting if needed. We were able to post our progress videos on the FB page for the class and Katherine would give us feedback in between our weekly sessions! I absolutely loved how well organized each class was and how simple yet detailed our homework was as well. Rosetta and I were able to practice each trick on our own free time! I highly recommend the online tricks class! We had an absolute blast attending from the comfort on our home and teach Rosetta new tricks! Since we are encouraged to stay home, this allowed us to add variety to our days while learning and bonding with my dog!!! We will miss our weekly doggy dates but we will sign up for more classes in the future!

Katherine is a wonderful and patient trainer with extensive knowledge about dogs and dog behaviour. She used humane and science informed training methods, and was so helpful at tailoring her advice to our dogs. She placed a huge focus on helping us understand our dogs’ body language so we would know how they were responding to our training. Moreover, she didn’t make us feel guilty or ashamed that our dogs aren’t perfect. We took the virtual na class which has helped us to be able to manage our dogs nails at home without causing them fear or discomfort. We also took the tricks class, which was so much fun! Highly recommend Dog Inspired.

After having a horrible experience with another trainer , we joined one of Katherine's puppy social to see how our puppy would respond to Katherine and if it would be a good fit.Our dog Bella adores Katherine and loves to go to her classes. We signed up for a puppy class followed by the teen class and we have seen so much improvement. Katherine is patient, very knowledgable and truly loves each dog that attends her class. I would highly recommend doginspired to anyone looking for a trainer that works with positive reinforcements.

After an initial virtual consult with Katherine to figure out the best training package for our new rescue dog, Moka, we had in-home training sessions with Mayssa. Mayssa was wonderful to work with, very kind and knowledgeable. Moka was always excited to see her. She catered the training plan based on what we needed and wanted. She also provided documents summarizing what we've learnt after every session and answered all the questions we had in-person and also by email. The 1-on-1 in-home sessions were invaluable since Moka's our first dog. We learnt a lot and are very happy with our progress. Thank you again, Mayssa!
