The Pharmacy team is great! The sales are good! The front-end is awful & poorly supervised. Staff need to be better trained. They also need to get rid of self-checkout. It causes too many problems & usually ties up cashiers (helping people that don't know how to use self-checkout).....those cashiers could be checking us out instead.

I always like going to shopper one of there workers in Greenwood is very nice an will always talk to you her name is Amber I also really like van he is a very nice gentle man also he always talks to you an asks how your day is going if there's anything else he can help with today

Had some issues at the self checkout and the cashier working came over to help. Was very rude, passive aggressive and implied that I was trying to steal the items I was having trouble scanning (?) awful attitude from the employee working, terrible customer service. Staff need better training.
