As a full time maintenance volunteer at Alberta Vipassana Foundation in Youngstown AB, I've had an opportunity to work with LUK and Daniel specifically. On every occasion, Daniel's troubleshootingnhas been beyond brilliant. As we are a a self funded charitable foundation, he has looked for way to help us reduce repair costs by recommending ways around spending excessive amounts of money. Although it's a three hour round-trip, Daniel worked through his lunch to ensure that a long list of tasks were addressed. I am beyond impressed. Thank you LUK.

Don't recommend! They worked 50 minutes on my place charge 2.5 hours. 95 bucks per hour! I you have someone else better use someone else!!

Worst customer service i've ever had to deal with from a local company. This would be the last place i'd ever consider for any work needed...and then i'd probably not even call them. Find another company to deal with... Totally horrible service

I had a hot water heater replaced under warranty and have had some things not done right. I have contacted the office as well as sent emails to the managers to give me a call about my concerns as well as the inflated bill. I have been told numerous times that they would have someone call me and nothing. Not sure what to do from here. Not sure how they do business but customer relations is everything. I would not recommend doing business with them.
