We order online from their nice webstore. They are a Great Canadian company, superb customer service, offering products that are traditional, eco friendly, ethical and efficient. Highly recommended

Sage has been excellent to deal with, great customer service, lightning fast shipping to Nova Scotia and really high quality traditional products that you don't see much of elsewhere in Canada. Someone even followed up unprompted to make sure we understood the product (Le Tonkinois varnish in this case) and to let them know if we needed any other help or advice.Also, to the other reviewer, both Google and their website say that they aren't open for in store shopping.

Amazing staff and helping hand. I reached out to them to help with a project and they helped every step of the way and made it safe for me to come and get the products. I would recommend this company.

Sage Restoration/ The living room is fantastic. They offer green building/natural alternatives like paint and havelock wool. I know another reviewer was frustrated they were closed when he arrived but like many business their showroom is closed because of COVID. It does mention it online and you can still order by phone or through the website for local pickup or delivery.Regardless don't let that review throw you off. I called with a question about paint and a very pleasant man spoke with me on the phone for a half an hour about different options for my project and telling me how the paint works! Try calling a local box store and doing that. I made an order and eagerly waiting for it to arrive but I will definetly use them again. My only wish is they were closer but the shipping seems reasonable.

As licensed restoration professional as heritage Carpenter with heritage expertise (48 years) Project Management, Designer and Restorer we feel the owners and staff provide options and advice who all understand and have completed heritage restoration training. They also provide a wealth of information, many documents, with excellent customer service too with care towards the healthy home building supplies for our planet. They supply excellent quality long lasting, that are very hard to find in Canada, heritage tools that they can also order whereas before we had to purchase directly from European suppliers. I love this place. First of all, their products are top notch. And if you have any questions about application or uses they are almost always available. You can speak to an actual human who has used the product and understands its uses, either immediately or within a very reasonable time frame. Thanks guys for your help.
