LoadUp Junk Removal

Used loadup to remove an old couch from my place. Was able to book a slot in a matter of mins. Got proper notifications throughout the process. On time and professional.

My experience with LoadUp was flawless. They communicated well from the beginning of the process until the end. They sent out emails the day of letting me know where they were in the process and called me the night before confirming the pickup. The people who arrived were nice, respectful, and quick. I highly recommend them and really appreciated the service they provided.

Needed them to pick up a mattress. They never showed, told me they couldn't confirm anyone would ever pick it up. Don't use this business if you actually want things done on time.

Marvin and his two helpers picked up a loveseat for removal. The entire process took about 10-12 minutes, they were amazing! Communication was excellent all through the process. I will use them again and recommend to friends needing removal.

I hired Load Up for removal of my mattress, box spring and living room chair. I am extremely happy with the service I received. James was communicative in terms of keeping me apprised of the timing to be at my home and absolutely would use this company again. The charge was more than reasonable and so easy to use.

I booked them to remove a reclining sofa and loveseat from my second floor apartment. The first day that I scheduled, the person that was supposed to pick it up no showed. My only complaint is that I had to reach out to LoadUp instead of them reaching out to me about rescheduling. A new crew showed up the next day after rescheduling and they were in and out in 10 minutes and were very friendly and professional!LoadUp should work on communication when a mover no shows. Apart from that, it was good service and I am very happy to be rid of those couches. I would use them again, but I would recommend to customers that you plan ahead and be mindful that LoadUp is just a middleman and they can’t guarantee the arrival of the drivers they work with.

My couch and loveseat were removed quickly and efficiently. The workers were very professional and kind.

4.5 stars- I booked for removal of two mattresses on Sunday morning. Within the next 2 hours the mattresses were removed from outside of my house without any hassle and no need for me to be there at the time of removal. Everything ran smoothly and safely. I wish I knew whether the mattress was being recycled.

This was our second time using load up and both times have been great. The guys that came to pick up our furniture were very nice and courteous. Load up offered us the best prices out of all the other similar services in the local area and they also make it easy to schedule a pickup.

I feel like I didn't have to lift a finger. I ordered the service and paid for it online and two days later, they came and picked up my stuff. I left the items outside my apartment on the third floor. When they got here, I buzzed them in and they took care of everything. Didn't even have to knock on my door which was perfect because I was in a conference call. Great service, timely, efficient and fast!
