Thank you for your time to paint our interior of our townhouse. Although your bid wasn’t the lowest in price, the display of competence, thoroughness and courtesy were reassuring and the information provided on the estimate was clear and detailed. The painters themselves were helpful, cheerful, prompt and generally professional. They completed painting and all three floors including stairwells, inside the cupboards etc. in a week and the disruption that has to accompany such an upheaval was minimal. Thank you again for all your help, it was much appreciated.

Top Coat was fantastic. Paul’s team arrived early each day. And they always tied it up behind them before leaving at the end of the day. Wow! Talk about saving the day and fast!My brother and I were talking three days ago about the fact that his son kicked a hole into their living room wall months back and he tried to patch it but it looked absolutely horrible. The thing is that their rental is going up for a viewing at the end of this week. Can you imagine having a noticeable hole in your drywall and wanting a reference from your landlord on your move out? I knew about the company Top Coat Painting and they completely saved the day and in rapid time in Sooke! I gave them a call and Quinn came over to my brother's the next day and applied mud to the hole and did all of the initial sanding etc. And came back the next day to paint the wall! It looks absolutely magnificent and Quinn is such a professional painter and drywall expert.My brother tells me that Quinn even cleaned the floor, the end table and everything was absolutely impeccable. No dust and no mess. I cannot express how thankful I am that this company was able to help my brother in such a fix!!! Now he will be able to get an amazing reference from his landlord since his rental is selling. The house showings will be absolutely flawless and there is nothing to worry about anymore. The exterior of our four storey, 39 unit condominium building was painted this summer (2022) over the course of 6 weeks. The Top Coat crew were professional, accommodating, friendly, and efficient in their work.
