Beautiful, clean, relaxing atmosphere. Kim took care of me. Did an amazing job for a full set acrylic. She was quick and precise. 0 issues with shaping, gel and color application.

Today I had a full set of acrylics done and my friend got a pedicure and we both had great experiences! My estitician's name was Colby and she did an amazing job on my nails! She made sure I was completely satisfied with my nails. Highly reccomend!

**EDIT** (pic attached)Since my review I have been back to Encore - and I will definitely be returning! The staff was wonderful after my first experience, ensuring I was leaving a happy customer.Although I ended up going with a different shape and length, the tech was very accommodating and skilled at doing my nails. Love this place. Technicians do a great job and are very sweet. Salon is very clean. Nice place to to relax while getting pampered. Hats off to Mary, Jasmine and Colby.

Surprised my husband with a pedicure for the 2 of us and it was awesome!!! I've only ever had one and it was not a great experience...I know where to go for my next one! Katie and Mary were awesome and did a fabulous job, especially since I'm VERY ticklish. And the massaging chairs were AMAZING!! Price was reasonable and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a pedicure!

Update: Encore Nail Bar definitely went above and beyond to help remedy my experience. Will definitely have to try them out again when I’m in Halifax. The customer experience is fantastic.Good experience: but yikes after two days myNails. Not worth it. They are all starting to peel.

I book an appointment at 1pm for a 6pm because they had an opening. I cold at 5.30 and I asked if I could reschedule my appointment. I was informed that I needed to pay 50% so I told i would not cancel . I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes. No sorry that the person is running late. The professional came 15 minutes late and asked me if I was there for a manicure or pedicure. No sorry I am late. I needed to respect your time but you don't respect mine.

Super impressed with this salon and will definitely be returning. I never get my nails done so I had a lot of questions - the receptionist and my nail tech were so kind when answering me. Colby pays great attention to detail and she’s very gentle and reassuring. Love how my nails turned out :)
