Vineland Estates Winery

Been here multiple times throughout different seasons. Good wines and great food! The food never disappoints. There are cheaper or more expensive alternatives throughout the region but this one might be the perfect balance of price and quality and the best value in the area. I'll definitely be back for more visits.

Gorgeous restaurant with huge windows all around the dinning room which overlook the vineyards. They have a spectacular patio also. The food is amazing with so much attention to detail and flavour. Beautifully presented dishes with a great wine selection and very friendly and helpful serving staff. We were there in a Friday night and there were 2 guitar players playing nice mellow music. Overall a fantastic experience.

Some good some bad.The good:Food was delicious for the price.Generous Flight portions.Carmen the staff was friendly.The bad:The kitchen were not very accommodating. There’s some inconsistencies in policing what is allowed and what is not.I came here solo and went to the tasting area first. This is a Thursday lunch time, the it was not very busy.I got a flight at the tasting section of the winery and since I was hungry, I asked if I could take the wine to the restaurant. They said no. They offered to keep the wine until I return after lunch. I appreciated that. Upon return Carmen did pour a fresh flight. Thank you.At the restaurant, typically most establishments will go above and beyond to impress solo travellers. Not the case with Vineland. I asked if they could do half portion charcuterie board. They refused. I asked of they could do 3 oysters instead of half dozen. They refused. I asked if I could have a non-sweet savoury dessert. They refused.All of these requests were not very difficult to accommodate especially the oysters. All they have to do is shuck less of it.When I was sitting at the restaurant, I saw a mid-age french speaking couple who were at the tasting area and they had brought their glasses of wine from the tasting area to the restaurant. I was not allowed to bring mine, but they were allowed. The lack of consistency is disappointing, or should I take this as discrimination?This couple asked if they could have a small portion of cheese, not the full charcuterie board. I offered to share a full board to be split with them. They chef NOW decided to serve them a small cheese plate and I get to have this option now instead of the sweet desserts. Just disappointing.Wines that were served were typical Niagara region stuff, nothing impressive. I don’t usually touch new world wines but today was a reminder why I decided to do so.Wish they were more accommodating. Although my experience was disappointing, to be fair, my rating is 3/5 stars to keep my integrity.Best of luck.

We went here for Valentine's dinner as we have done for similar occasions. As usual the courses were well presented, delicious and plentiful. The wine pairings went well and a good 5oz pour. Overall a great way to celebrate. I highly recommend the restaurant at Vineland Estates

We came by on a quiet Friday morning and enjoyed a flight of wine. Francine was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations according to our individual palettes. The ambience is great! They have a cute sitting area upstairs or you can choose to have your wine outside on the patio. Francine also gave us great lunch recommendations which we ended up going to. Thank you for the great service!

One of the most beautiful places, overlooking nature and vineyards, is very beautiful, and the staff is friendly and classy. I advise everyone to visit

Very nice place, instagram worthy. We went there for an Ice wine tour. They have paired the ice wine with some extraordinary desert made by their own pastry chef, AMAZING. The place was fully booked for lunch. Lots of parking and good wine.

Had a group of 6 people to the Estate to celebrate a 50th Anniversary with a guest that has severe dairy allergies. The restaurant could not have been more accommodating. We had the 5 course Chef's menu, and the staff consulted with the kitchen with every single dish. The food was fantastic, it was 5 star from beginning to end. Thank you to Vineland Estates for making this milestone occasion one to remember.

Service is 5 star for sure! The food and drink is amazing. Never been here before today but definitely will come back. Elevation Cabernet red wine is my new favourite wine! The chucuterie was perfect for 2 to nibble on while taking in the breath taking views. The desserts sorbet chocolate chili and chocolate brownie are perfectly paired with coffee and Bailey's. Did I mention the service is extraordinary! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
