Was a regular customer, but today was the last time...I work across the way, and asked for a spoon. The lady replied they are for customers, to which I replied, I am a customer a regular in fact...to which she insisted only for customers. So, I am no longer a customer. No recognition, high staff turnover, no sense of community...sorry thumbs down

The staff is always super friendly at this location and I love their ice cream, but as a brand, I find the chocolates hit or miss. I feel like they aren't much better than many drug store brands and thus not worth the price a lot of the time.

Un chocolat énormément bon ! Ont en auras jamais assez! De plus ,leurs services est impeccable courtois , gentils , polis et souriant ! Bref rien a dire sur leurs bon services . Par contre si vous y allez pour la premiere fois les pris sont élever mais sa en vos la peine ! Le truc y allez pendant les évènement il font souvent de bon rabais !!

The store looks packed With easter chocolate! a lady name Joanne helped us find the perfect easter gift for our loved ones. Very appreciative. Great customer service here. Will be back every holiday.

Once in a while it is nice to get a treat at Laura Secord especially during shopping at Billings Bridge Shopping center. Their staff are friendly, the store is clean and is always changing with brightly colourful displays to reflect seasonal holidays and celebrations with lots of chocolate treats. I like their freshly made milk shakes the most. MmmmIf you like my reviews, photos or videos you don't need to go through a Secord 20 mile marathon through enemy territory, just hit the thumbs up button.
