I recently transferred to Koodo from Telus. The transfer of my account was handled by Karina in the Norris Court facility. Since then I have been unable to complete registration of my account and Karina has been NO HELP in assisting me. I keep getting daily emails requesting me to complete the registration of my account however YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY E-MAIL AND NO ONE IN YOUR OFFICE HAS BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. Karina failed to live up to a commitment to contact me with a resolution. What am I supposed to do to get the Koodo self registration system to recognize my e-mail. Certainly not a good initial experience.
